Hey guys,
I realized two days ago that I have a lump near to my glans.
If I touch it is hard.
I think that is the tips.
Is it normal?

Brother Barrosa,
I would DEFINITELY have that assessed by your Urologist sooner, rather than later.
Best of Luck, sir.

Barrosa: Holla tio! tudo bien?
how can that be the tips? that low in the glans? do you have floppy glans? Is your glans firmly supported by the implant tips?

It would help if you pointed out where the tips of the implant are (and any burrs, projections, wrinkles etc that could have put pressure on that spot from the inside).
That looks more like a cyst or boil of some kind. Perhaps caused by pressure from the inside (maybe erosion) but I suspect it is from the outside. Perhaps friction from clothing or some other process. I would consult not only your GP and Urologist, but a Dermatologist, too.

According to Dr. Ed's website erosion of the implant can also occur into the urethra if the urethra was damaged during the surgery. How quickly that will appear I don't know. This looks external though so it may not be erosion.

To the layman, that looks like a pimple, esp. because it looks like there is discharge inside, but you said it was hard to the touch. Get back to Dr. ASAP! They will probably set up a virtual visit 1st, so be prepared to take notes, as well as notes to tell the Dr. (date and time you noticed it, the way it feels, etc).

Thanks for your comments.
I have texted to my doctor by WhatsApp and I have sent pictures because right now it is not possible to go to a consultation, my doctor lives in another city and there are no flights in Spain.
He has told me that it does not seem that it is the tips because the tips are usually inside into the glans and it is true that when I activate it I notice that the glans is hard about 0.5 cm from the top so it is rare that it is the tips.
During the operation, my glans was repositioned and I had stitches right in that area, so I hope it is just a simple keloid scar.
In a month I can have an appointment with the doctor and he will see me in person.
I will update this post.
Greetings!!
