I am looking into going to a non-US doctor to get a revision done on my implant. Is there any suggestions of great Urologist doctors to do this procedure which is outside the USA.

Your signature says that you were going to have Kramer do a revision in February this year, did that not happen? I see you were going to rely on Medicare for the revision, did that delay or interfere with your plans for a Kramer revision?

Why you want to go to a non-US doctor?
I'm Canadian, but can tell you that the US has the best talented Doctors especially when it comes to a specialty such as IPP. Outside the US, there is no volume/experience. You've Eid (NY), Karpman (CA), Perito (FL), Kramer (MD) and Christine (AL).

Which was first implant? And did you get second implant from Dr Kramer or not? If yes, which one was it that failed so quickly?

Yes it did happen, Dr. Kramer out the new implant in. I got a copy of my surgery and you can clearly see that before he closed me up he inflated my implant and I was fully erect so it worked at that time. However, after the swelling went down and I could pump it myself it would not pump up to fully erect anymore. I have talked to Dr. Kramer several times about it and it appears that the pump is no longer working as it should. So I need to get it done yet again.

No, Medicare was great and did not interfere with my plans at all.

The only reason I am considering going outside the USA to have this done again is that my employer switched insurance carriers and the new one is very big on getting surgeries done outside the US because of cost factors.

I have no regrets about Dr. Kramer or any of his staff, they were all amazing. And I still will more than likely to back to him to get this fixed, hopefully my new insurance will not have a problem with that.

My first implant was done by Dr. Garber in 2012 but he is no longer doing these implants. That implant worked great for several years until it developed a leak. When I checked out my options for my revision I chose Dr. Kramer and I feel I made a very good choice in selecting him.

As I said above, I know my implant inflated fully after surgery as Dr. Kramer pumped it up fully before he closed me up from the surgery. However, between that time and a few weeks later when I was able to pump it myself, it no longer worked. I and Dr. Kramer both feel it is a faulty pump and so another surgery will be needed at replace the faulty part(s). I know what an implant with a leak feels like and how it functions as you get to pump up and this one is different. It seems that the pump is just not doing what it needs to do to pump the cylinders up in my penis.

The surgeon cost of the implant surgery is minimal. it maxes at $2,000 for the top 5 surgeons and down to about $900 to 1,200 for other urologists. The bulk of the cost is for the actual implant ($10,000 to 11,000) and the rest for the hospital. I'm not sure how you cheap insurance bastards want to save on that.
Bottom line, if you've a bit out of pocket expenses, it is definitely worth it. We buy all kind of diamonds, cars and gifts for our women so it worth to take care of ourselves. Honestly, I've one cock and I few years left in my sex life to enjoy, so I'd very careful on who to trust to cut it out.
