Best vibrator to improve post-implant orgasm?

Greetings. I am now 6 months post-op and dealing with penile sensitivity issues. Unfortunately I had severe peyronies prior to the implant surgery, thus the tuinica tissue is scarred and somewhat mis-shapen - causing the titan cylinders to twist at the top, with one tip protruding somewaht from the right side of the ferenium. The other tip extends into the right side of the head (see photo). Bottom line is it fucks with my ability to reach orgasm. No fix. The overall semsitivity of my cock is much less as well (if it was a 7 before, it's a 3 or 4 now at best). The good news is that when I reach it, my orgasms are as good as before. I can have sex fine, and I'm able to orgasm inside about half the time. Otherwise manaully to finish off. I am working on acceptance, etc. so that at least psychologically I can move forward and have a satisfying sex life. I am also lookig to maximize the sensation I do have, and I believe that a vibrator can help with that. I recently ran across an article showing that vibrator stimulation to the ferenium is healthy and can help improve orgasmic response during intercourse (for guys dealing with orgasm problems). Before I purchase one, I want to see if anyone has any feedback or recommendations for a vibrator or other sex toy that might help. Thanks in advance! My question is: DOES ANYONE HAVE A RECOMMENDATION AS TO THE BEST VIBRATOR, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE IMPLANT SITUIATION?

I just use(d) a simple rechargeable vibrating wand. I say "USE(D)" because I apparently killed the motor - the light still lights when charging and when "TURNED ON" but no motor. It died on me over the weekend.

Next I'll have to buy another.

For me, the best placement to facilitate a proper orgasm is at the top of my shaft, against my pubic bone. Other places around my penis can trigger an orgasm under some circumstances but the pubic area is the most efficient trigger-point.

I had your problems also (peyronies and trouble reaching orgasm) but can now make it happen with sex most all the time. I have used a big double headed Homemedic vib that will give slow deep vibs to high speed vibs that are great. I think most will do the trick but it took a while for me to heal where it di not hurt to use it.

I really like my "Otouch"! It has 6 speeds, 6 different vibrations, great suction, and heat. All for about $40 from Amazon. I cum every time I use it. Very EZ clean up too.

The Hitachi magic wand with the male adapter is friggin' amazing, to the point of almost blacking out. Like that's a bad thing.

Yep, I'm sure that would do it too. How much is the whole thing?

It's not cheap. We bought the cordless, rechargeable version which was $135. The dick adapter was about $15 I think. There are cheaper AC versions, and much fancier models with many more settings, vibration patterns etc. It will give you incredible orgasms.
