I was implanted four months ago. No pain and had to wait six weeks before sex. Speaking for myself if I pumped my cock up I would have to use it or nothing would ever get done. Sexual desire is more a function of mental attitude than penile erection. The discomfort of 100% erection is distracting a lot more than any amount of sexual desire I have ever felt. At 90% inflation, discomfort is gone (when naked) but in clothes discomfort is distracting. (I am average size. If smaller it would be less problematic and if larger, more so.)

The scenario you describe is a lot different than simply exchanging sexual favors for paying for the implant. The "sex-slave" trope is an old one, however. I suspect being a "kept man" would get old after a while, especially if the woman(women) were less than attractive.

Besides, I don't think women have the fantasy of keeping a man erect 24/7 by means of an implant. They have other sexual/emotional priorities in my experience.

You don't need an implant to "service" a woman orally. I became fairly good at it as E.D. took its toll on my penis' capacity.
