Pornstars with Implants..are my expectations real?

Most of us here are aware of one porn performer who is a member here and who posted about his implant journey.

Today I was watching Johny Sinn on youtube and he mentioned that he is personally aware of several male straight pornstars who have an implant.

I have definitely read a lot of testimonials here from older gentlemen who are usually married and with their long term wives. However their sex lives might not be as demanding as pornstars..and thats where my question came from.

As a single younger man who still gets natural morning wood, works out intensly, in great shape and dates women in late 20 early 30 mostly, I am worried if I can perform with an implant like a pornstar(lets say a 40 plus minute session and multiple orgasm for the female). I have the cardio and muscle endurance fir that..just wanted to understand if an implant can help with that. Not that I am able to perform that now( venous leakage possibly)..but ideally I would like to impress my dates with my stamina and skills.

I was married for more than a decade with average sex life. I have always had high sex drive but usually last around 5 minutes when thrusting hard. I have consistently been good at giving orgasms through oral and clitoris massages. I love the kinky stuff and dominating women in bed and I have seen almost all women enjoy the mental and physical domination, with mutual attraction and within comfort limits.

After hearing about porn actors using implant..I am finding optimism that implant will probably solve my lifelong low sexual confidence because of (last few years) ED and (lifelong) PE issues.

Based upon your description of your current sex life. I highly doubt that you're a good candidate for an implant yet. Run this race until nothing works. Then the decision gets a lot easier.
Your exercise program doesn't affect your ED. It is a problem that isn't related to your fitness. I had moderately high blood pressure at 22 & in good health. I had high triglycerides at 40 despite good health. All the time having great sex 1 or 2 times a day.
An implant will far exceed your performance expectations in my opinion. Even the AMS literature implies that it will work longer than your stamina can hold out.

Oh, I forgot to say this. Porn sex is fake sex. It is an act to entertain you. I really doubt that you'll be impressing lots of women by acting out what you've seen in porn movies. First hand conversations with numerous women has pretty much confirmed that they are not looking for that kind of love life.

I would only consider it if your sex life is being seriously compromised. As "Oldbeek" says, nothing like a blood filled dick.

It's not the same as a natural erection: it's an alternative when everything else has failed. Your partner may not be able to tell the difference, but you will.

You CAN have much longer staying power, however, if that's your thing. You can have an erection without being sexually stimulated ( it can get cold). For me, it's a big sexual confidence booster. I would suggest finding a "show and tell" guy in your area who would be willing to let you touch it so you can get an idea of what you would be dealing with.

Captain go ahead, get an implant. With 40 you only last 5 minutes? That’s nothing! With your age you can have plenty young women and most of them are never satisfied after 5 minutes, never ever.

When I was 57 I landed in hospital with colon cancer. That was the end of fun. I could last for ever, have had lots of girls and women. When reading about ED I thought all of those men must have mental problems, could never believe that something like ED exists. You see I never had a problem in bed, to me ever lasting sex was the most normal thing in life.

Don’t think too much, do it. What I mean, if I were in your shoes and would know as much about penile implants as I know now I would do it in a heartbeat. Problems with 40 already? Well, it can only go further down.

However, if you want to do it, choose the very best surgeon, no matter how far away he is from you. I personally would go to a surgeon in New York, his name starts with an E...

I think that your biggest problem will be getting insurance coverage. Having sex for 5 minutes, I doubt fits the medical definition of ED or PE. You might even have trouble getting a reputable surgeon to operate under those conditions.
Working on your thrusting routine to delay ejaculation would give you better results in my humble opinion.
