I can tell you that I’ve lost around 10 pounds in the last month… my implant is kind of dysfunctional right now but, i’m 5 foot nine and weighed about 180… I’m down to 170 and gained a quarter of an inch from the skin out “not BPL“ everyone is different but, in general, as you lose weight, you become visibly longer. The general statement is 1 inch for every 30 pounds overweight… I hope you get it back! average is roughly 5 inches so, don’t beat yourself up… It’s very common to see the size…

Yes, losing weight does not give you greater length any more than the tide going out makes a pier higher off the water.
The good news is that the lost pubic fat pad DOES make your penile length accessible for insertion and use! As well as the visual effect.

Exactly... he answers his own question when he says that when he presses to the pubic bone he gains over an inch. I lost a lot of weight when I had my heart attach (could stand to lose more).. I am 5'11" and weigh about 211. I have been looking for an affordable plastic surgeon to remove the flabby fat pad skin.

For what it's worth. I did hear my doctor, during my exam. Tell his nurse that I had very little fat pad. No idea where that fits into an implant surgery. She duly typed it into the laptop. For the record. My BMI is a little over 30. I carry my weight higher on my waistline.
Did anyone else have their fat pad recorded?
