I’m using New Balance’s Compression Briefs.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07C54H5 ... asin_titleKeeps everything snug yet free. Still odd feeling like I’ve got a semi at points, but these make it so only I notice it most of the time.

My particular "issue" is my flaccid dick wants to "migrate" down to the left and curl uncomfortably. My solution is regular "tighty whiteys" (actually I buy them in colors) Fruit of the Loom one size small than I used to wear. I try to keep dressed "up and to the right" and find this more comfortable.
Good luck guys!

Not only
"very similar" but actually are designed and manufactured by the same company, if you look at the fine print on the labels of each. I own both products and as long as you get the two-pocket offering from David Archy, it
IS identical to Separatec.

I changed from basic tighty whities to a boxer brief. Able to slip my semi erect penis down the left leg and keep it in place most of the day. If I'm quite active during the day they do get baggy though. For night time I bought some satin boxers that let my penis slip around wherever it wants to go. Not only roomy but cool too.
