Its a controversial topic but worth asking the question I guess.

Have anyone of you with implants felt that if you didnt have ED you would have never experienced what a bionic penis performs like. In that regards would you consider an implant an enhancement.

Difficult answer, as it may enhance some aspects, but also is a negative in that it just doesn't feel like what I had before in terms of heft, engorgement that comes with a normal erection. Would easily trade it in if they came up with some magic cure for post-implanted guys to go back to having a rigid, normally functioning penis

Adding to this, although whomever your partner is, they will not know it, but you don't have that sponginess you had before the operation. When erect, although you can bend it, you can't actually do that because you will fuck things up.

Although controlled bending while inflated is used to model out PD bends. I've done it myself and virtually eliminated a 10-15 degree up-turn bend that remained after my implantation. Bending the inflated implant isn't necessarily damaging to anything as long as it's done carefully and for a specific purpose. Of course a careless cowgirl stroke may damage the man or his implant, controlled bending shouldn't.

True, but I am talking about bending as in a daily ritual, meaning that you purposefully pump and bend it to put on a show in your pants. Getting an implant takes care of a problem (ED, PD, etc), but if you abuse it, you can make it an expensive enhancement (if you look at it that way).

I would never replaced my natural erections with implant. Before RP, I never experienced any problems with achieving and maintaining erections as long as my wife and I wanted. Never tried Cialis or Viagra before RP.
After RP, I tried everything possible to regain my natural erectile function but that never happened.
So for me, implant is good and I am happy with its performance.
For enhancement, I would never do an implant because everything is totally different compared to natural erections. You can’t compare apples to oranges.

How about comparing apples that go bad after few days to apples that remain fresh for few months.

I will sort of counter things. For me it is an enhancement. Even before PC I was ok, but never had a lot of confidence in my overall performance capacity. Now not only do I have a nice shower instead of a turtle head I have day to day confidence that just wasn't there before.

Never. There is nothing like a natural, blood-filled , warm erection. I don't think any reputable surgeon would touch you if you didnt have ED (and if he/she did, I would seriously question his/her ethics.)

Implants are a great alternative to poor erectile function but they are not a perfect solution.

I agree and disagree. Yes I would love my 30 year old erections now, I’m 65. HOWEVER, I was plagued with extreme premature ejaculation. One or two pumps and pow, I was done. Can’t believe she still wanted to marry me? I am good with my tongue and fingers though!
Yes it’s nice that when she wanted it she could play with it and it would be hard in seconds. After I turned 40, ED started and things went downhill fast! Now I need to pump up, so not as good. I now come to bed pumped to the max, if she wants it, I’m ready if she doesn’t, I release it sometime during the night.
The enhancement is that, now that I’m implanted I feel better about sex than I did at 30! I know I could please any woman in any room I walk into! Not that I’m going to, I’m faithful to my wife!
