I am 65yrs old, and have a fat tummy and fat around my the base of my penis.

Is there any reason not to go ahead and have an implant op done?

Would appreciate any thoughts you may have on this.

I could also do a lipsuction thing, if that is desireable.

I don't think being a little chubby has any bearing on whether or not to get an implant. At the same time, you need to be in tip-top shape to handle all the loving you're going to get afterwards! Besides, with a bionic boner, you'll want to be healthy for at least another 30 years!
