Don’t be scared. You have nothing to loose but lots to gain.
Every procedure has lots of unknown and waiting is killer.
It is completely normal to be scared but don’t allow the scare to paralyze you.
I was also scared before my first implant but on the other hand I was looking forward to have functional penis.
Now, I am awaiting revision which is scheduled for 8.19.20. Second time is way easier because I know what to expect and I know how recovery will be.

There’s no shame in it. Most guys who don’t have ED would cry like a baby at the thought of this. Just think when it’s all over that you survived it when many couldn’t. Also you’ll come to the realization that you now have better ability than a pornstar. I’m 34 and I’m seeing Dr.Eid soon. I’ve been through 10 years of ED and Peyronie’s Disease.

Never had a pain with my surgery. The surgery for me was not worth worrying about. So glad I did it! Best sex ever! Best of luck to you!

I will paraphrase the admonition against suicide ("Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.")

"Implant surgery is temporary pain traded for permanent potency"

For me, it was Soooo worth it!

I also told my urologist "I only want to make love to my wife again!" We did the implant and it's the best thing ever. Sex is great. Intimacy is back. Couldnt be happier. The first few weeks were no fun, but pain will be forgotten the first time you use it.

Each of us facing this have our own individual fears and different ways of dealing with them. For me the most straight forward fear to deal with was the surgery. I handled that fear with data, studies, videos of the surgery, much reading here on franktalk. I was blessed with a wonderful wife and supportive PA and surgeon. Even so I was consumed with doubts and fears. I drove my wife crazy (much more than usual) I eventually was convinced it was the best option for me and my wife. It is the best option. I, like so many here on franktalk are happy with the result.

Women appreciate confident men in bed. One thing ED robs you of is confidence. The implant does one thing very well: It gives you ultimate confidence. You will perform anytime, every time for as long as she can stand it. That is the ultimate confidence

Had my implant May 11 this year. My wife and I have had sex 5 or 6 times since then.Doc said no sex for 6 weeks so we just got started.Each time we have sex it gets better. My anxiety about getting an erection is completely gone and it’s a wonderful feeling.

I had the same butterflies before surgery but I can tell you that I’m extremely happy with my decision. A little short term discomfort will give way to long term happiness.

Relax it will be worth it.
