Hello everyone!

After a couple months of legally battling my insurance provider, my IPP procedure was finally authorized (and executed) this past saturday. I received a 22+3 Titan Touch.

I'll try to maintain an abbreviated journal for my own reference. Updates soon.

Interesting, I have never seen a +3 RTE setup before. Is your doc very experienced at doing implants?

Can you give more info on why and how you fought insurance?

Congrats, that's a good size. Who did the implant?
I'm only wondering why they didn't do a 24cm + 1cm. Probably because it has to be assembled.
Do you know your size before the procedure? 8 inches or so?

I am glad you won battle against your insurance and you received your implant.
I hope IPP will work well for you and for many years.
With your significant lenght of 25 cm, you will have nice flaccid look.
Titan is excellent for guys like you
For me, Titan brought more problems then happiness.
Can’t wait to get it out. I hate it.
I wish I never had it done.

He's a medium volume surgeon compared to the volume US surgeons operate. Where I live, compared to the average implanter, he'd be considered a high volume doctor. I interviewed 4 potential surgeons for the procedure and he was certainly the most experienced and knowledgeable.

Where I live (south america) insurance providers are only legally required to provide malleables as a treatment option. There's an exclusion on their part to be required to provide inflatables, however, there are now specialized lawyers here that work exclusively on obtaining authorization through legal means so that the provider ends up paying for the IPP. I still had to pay the medical team on my own (approximately 4000 usd) as well as the lawyer's fee (1300 usd).

It was done locally where I live. If interested, pm and I'll send you his information.

As far as 22+3 instead of 24+1 it's simply because the XL versions aren't available in my country yet.

I had a 19-20cm stretched flaccid right before the implant.
