Implanted yesterday - advice for next week

Hi guys

So yesterday I was implanted with a 23.5 cm Titan. I stayed overnight in hospital and I’m experiencing the usual pain etc right now - I have a couple questions:

- it seems I have lost an inch in length - however I am more concerned that my dick looks like a pencil - I was never the girthiest but it looks like I have lost a lot of girth - I thought swelling after surgery would add to girth also so I’m pretty concerned about this - although there is nothing I can do now. Anyone found them self in a similar position ?

- secondly, any tips re recovery for the next week before I am activated ?

- finally, the doc did come in and deflate but I found this very painful so I am slightly worried it hasn’t been completely deflated - is there any way I can check this ? Thanks

Everything you are experiencing is completely normal. Don't worry about your length and girth until you can fully inflate you implant. You may get some girth but the Titan does nothing for length. Get yourself a bag of dried peas or beans, put them in a ziplock bag and put them in the freezer. Others will tell you to use peas or corn... that's what I used but everytime I put it on my bag, they would thaw and after a while it was just one big clump. The beans are dry so this wont happen.

ALSO, as soom as you doctor says you can, get into a tub of water as hot as you can stand it. The hot water on the pump will soften it up and make it easier to squeeze and this is much less painful. If nothing else, it feels great.

Good luck with your implant. :)

Don’t compare your cock now you just had surgery. I lost both length and girth but gained it all back Within a few months. Right now just rest and take care of yourself. I used ice packs 24x7 after I went home for the first week. It reduced swelling and bruising. Limit your activity and use the ice packs. Do what your surgeon tells you to do. I went home and Healed for six weeks with no complications. After six weeks I was cleared for sex and seven months later here I am. Everything is perfect. Heal then enjoy your new bionic cock. Best of luck.

Yep normal healing process. It takes time for things to settle, pain to go away. I was at 3+ weeks when doc tried to deflate mine. I was still so sore it didn't happen until my 5 1/2 week follow up and it still was bad but doc did get me deflated. But then at 68 years old healing takes longer.
Ice for now abut once doc clears you hot baths were my daily relief.

Who implanted you?

Also, did you ED symptoms come from accutane? What were the symptoms and for how long?

My advice is listen to your body. It will tell you what you can and cannot do.

Notaes (up this thread), CajunJeff, and I all had ours done about the same time.

Different bodies react differently.

Two days after surgery I drove 120 miles round trip to let the doc admire his work and tell me I was doing fine. Truth be known , I was bruised from waist to knee. Doctor swore they had not taken me out of O.R. and beaten me with baseball bat.

Next day I drove 200 mi round trip to pick up a kid in college with car trouble.

Day after that I took down XMas decorations.

The doctor had given me some fairly low test pain drugs 5/325 Norco I think....I might gave taken a couple the first day. After that Tylenol or Motrin and few of those. Didn’t need ‘em.

Soreness yes. Bruising definitely. But no real pain.

Bottom line-ice is good. if if hurts, don’t do it. But listen to your body.

Thanks for all the replies guys - really appreciate you taking your time to help me! And via Swiss -officially there has been no definitive cause of my ED found but yes I believe accutane to be a contributing factor. Nevertheless now I have had surgery I want to just focus on the future.

the size issue is normal. you will recover your size after pumping the prosthesis for some months.
There is no problem if the prosthesis is partially inflated. Some doctors left it that way to avoid more penile shortening.
In one week you will feel much better. Just rest.

Implanted on Tuesday myself, 23cm Titan. Everyone feels it a bit differently, it seems. I'm doing "okay", but nowhere near Txagq8's amazing ability to drive hundreds of miles after! I don't feel like I should measure or mess with anything right now. There's swelling and bruising and who knows what else might affect it! Mostly I'm just focused on wobbling around the house, and pulling on my pump every time I pee like my doc told me to.

If you've got concerns, you should bring them up in your followup! Don't spend too much time worrying at the moment. :)

Congrats on the implant, and may your healing process be swift and thorough!

Thanks hopeful - pulling on your pump when you pee ? I was never told this - is it to keep the pump position low ?
