So, I’ve got a 20 cm titan… Of that, 5 cm is an inflatable. That means 15 cm is… so, the inflatable part lines up with the front of my pubic bone… hypothetically, I might be able to get 6 inches?? I mean, I assume that inflating pushes a little bit more towards the rear of the implant but, I can’t imagine it would be too bad… anyone out there with a seasoned implant who’s able to either confirm or deny this to be a somewhat logical observation? I’d be happy with this length out of this thing and would finally shut up about size… I can feel where the real Tips start and end… It measures exactly 5 cm before the inflatable part… The inflatable part however does not equal that 15 cm but, I assume I need to cycle it for a while… I hope everyone is well again, I’m happy this thing is working and it’s definitely going to do some good but, I keep finding myself in this constant struggle to have even a little bit of what I did back… This is barely a handful… I can’t imagine being one of you single guys and dealing with this all…

There's no way for us to really be able to answer. It really has to do with how much implant is inside you, which differs from person to person. Myself and another guy got basically the same size implant on the same day (22+1cm for me, 24cm for him), and he's a good 2 inches longer than I am. From my surgical notes, the proximal measurement was 9cm, meaning 14cm distal. That 14cm distal matches up perfectly with the length I can measure now, and I have a titan, so there is no expansion in length when I pump.

My understanding is that you probably won't get any additional length over time with the titan. The tubes basically stay the same length for the life of the implant. But I'm a newbie as well, so just basing it on what I've read here and in the documentation about the Titan.

Let's see. You had a 20cm implant & now you have a 20cm implant. Not sure where you expect the extra length to come from. Especially since the Titan doesn't expand.

If you can feel where the inflated parts start then yeah you should be around 15cm from that I'm not sure about the length of the non-inflatable part for titan. For AMS it is 4.5 cm.

Thank you guys… I’m pretty sure that clears it up… GT, I am sorry for the misunderstanding… I do not expect any more than the given 20 cm… What I’m trying to get at is that the proximal not inflatable part measures 5 cm… It ends right around the edge of my pubic bone… Overtime, with cycling and patience, can I expect to see the remaining 15 cm or closer to it than what I have right now? I understand the titan does not grow but, it can stretch to its potential with the right anatomy, correct? As in, right now, the proximal part of my implant it’s 5 cm and the distal part is around 11 “a little less“ will I ever see that additional 4 cm or so?

I have an LGX. 15 cm implant with 5 cm RTE. Inflateable starts at my pubic bone and I have a 6 inch erection. My pre IPP size with Trimix was 9 inch from my rectum to glans. With trimix pain I could feel the whole length.

Do not let any of this stuff get you down. I had then 19 cm titan and when I was into sex I was at over 6.75 inches pumped up. Lgx revision with 20 cm total. I am at over 6.75 inches when my wife and I are into it.

Just heal. Make sure tips are well into glans. If they are. Start cycling as you know when you can

Cycle. Release. And keep it up. I had someone tell me no way I was at my length. I laid my non pumped dick on a wood ruler and was at 5.75 inches. Pumped up and not into sex. Meaning my glans is not engorged. I have 6.5 inches. Into sex I am over 6.75.

Try not to worry about what anyone says. Get healed. Cycle. Keep it up. I am at my pre ed peyronies size. 1.5 years since implanted even with over 2 months not cycling due to reservoir ruptured. Judt under 7 inches when I get to the point where I have to be buried in flesh. You know the feeling. No more oral. No more nothing. I just want to bury myself in flesh. Normally it is the words I hear. I WANT YOU IN ME NOW.

Get healed. Cycle. Then worry if any reason to. Fingers crossed no reason to.
