Hi everyone. I'm 26 years old guy from Italy. Long story short: Peyronie + ED since 5 years, pills working badly, so i'm strongly considering an implant.
My question to the implanted guys is:

What about "BALLS SEX"?

I've got a "perversion" from sex practices which involve balls. I mean that i love massages to the balls, i love to make my girlfriend lick my balls, suck them, and "put" my balls on her face.

My question is: will this still be possible WITHOUT DISCOMFORT OR PAIN to me or to her, after an implant? What about the third ball?

I guess it will be really noticeable if she massages my balls, but will it still be pleasureable to have these practices, Or will it be painful, weird or discomfortable?

Everything in this post is my own opinion and experience. Others may differ.

My experience may or may not be typical. Also, I do not find your post "nasty". Some people might, and some societies might. I might have when I was younger and the first time a girl took my balls into her mouth, it was VERY strange and I did not know if I liked it or not. But anything that feels good to both people is worth doing, I think.

Your sensations will not be exactly the same. How it feels to you will depend a lot on how your surgeon placed the pump and tubing. If there is enough extra tubing (but not too much) to let the apparatus displace, she may find it easier to take you into her mouth and massage your testes.

Yes, your paramour will feel a difference in your scrotum and testicles. This may or may not detract from your comfort with her stimulations. You will need to communicate to her what has become uncomfortable. Be careful with how you express your feelings and prepare her for guidance so she does not feel criticized.

If she is usually very aggressive with her massage, she will need to be more gentle. The valve body and pump bulb are quite hard in relation to your scrotum tissues.

I suspect you may enjoy her moving her attention your perineum more than before. Taking your scrotum into her mouth might be a bit more difficult, since the valve body and pump bulb do have volume.

Talk to your surgeon about this. Be specific about your sexual practices, even if it is little embarrassing. He may be able to pay more attention to the matter and position the apparatus to make things easier for you both.

Talk to your girlfriend about this. She NEEDS to be prepared for any changes in your response patterns. Some men find little difference. Some men do find differences. You will not know until after surgery and continuing for several months afterwards

I missed your desire for information about how the implant is affected the by sexual activities you described.

Any activity that does not give you quite a bit of discomfort is unlikely to do any damage to a properly implanted implant. In other words, the implant is buried inside you. You will hurt before the implant gets hurt.

Some men have implants with tubing installed near the undersurface of their skin that get irritated by rubbing on their partner. Others have reported the implant parts being uncomfortable, pressing on testes or skin. These are problems of installation and rarely damage the implant. The chance of this happening with a skilled surgeon is very low. This is why selection of an EXPERIENCED surgeon, or one who is training with a VERY EXPERIENCED surgeon is important to the patien.

Personally I don't see the issue. If the implant was designed to & is used to penetrate a vagina, get slapped against her nether regions for only god knows how long or hard. I just don't see how you could top that with a girls face unless you're trying to give her a black eye or a fat lip. Even all the variations of girl on top should be balls friendly. I'm going to say that it isn't even close to being an issue after you're fully healed. Unless, you have found that one surgeon that can totally screw up what actually looks like a fairly straight forward operation.

I think it is the valve body, tubing that communicates between the pump, reservoir, and inflatable penis tubes (not necessarily the inflatable tubes in the penis, as I read the question) and pump bulb in the scrotum that is the OP's question's focus, not anything to do with the penis. If his girl's mouth is small, there might be issues with which he could be concerned. I did not think of that size issue before.

Sorry for the confusion, Gt1956. "tubes" could mean the inflatable tubes in the penis or "tubes" could mean the tubes that connect everything.

Your new third ball is going to be hard to miss. After you heal there should be no pain for you or your girlfriend. The sensation of your scrotoum should be the same although with a little something extra inside. I would think that if it bothers her it's just a tactile thing because it doesn't feel anything like a testicle. The feedback I have gotten is that during sex doggy style that the pump adds some extra smack against her pussy in a good way.

The "third ball" will have no feeling whatsoever. When my girlfriend touches my scrotum and feels my testicals, I feel that on my skin and on my testicals. When my girlfriend touches my scrotum and feels the pump device, I feel that on my skin, but not, of course, on the device. It has no feeling.

After surgery, my sensations have changed somewhat. I don't know if my nerves were damaged or if my preferences have changed or if it is just because I do not have the same girlfriend as before the implant.

But I don't care. I CAN HAVE SEX NOW!!!

It might be a little uncomfortable, especially the first few weeks until your swelling is completely gone and your traumatized nerve endings have settled down. Also, with the device there, you will feel differently. That is, you will feel a change.

If you had the device from birth, you would not notice anything more than how any man notices his testicles. In other words, you will get used to it and eventually it will feel normal.

Let me ask you a question: When you sit, occasionally you pinch a testicle or get scrotum tangled up in your clothes and have to adjust your position, right? Same thing with the implant pump.

That would depend on how big your other balls are. Some men's testes are larger than others. My pump bulb is a little less than 2cm (I am guessing). The valve body a bit larger. (I have an AMS device). The Coloplast's pump bulb is said to be a bit smaller. I don't know about the valve body.

Being able to have penetrative sex (coitus) is important to me. Ball play is also important to me. Both are also important to my girlfriend. If you had a choice between 1) being able to have coitus with your penis in her vagina or fellatio with your penis in her mouth or 2) Ball Play without concern for the implant device; would you choose 1 or 2, knowing you would have to give up on the other?

1) Unlimited erect penile sex with no ball play
2) Unlimited ball play, but no erect penile sex.

Difficult choice, (and you will not really have to give up the ball play entirely in any event) but your thoughts on the matter will tell you what you value.

What do you mean? Do you feel less than before? I am circumcised since birth, so i already feel a little bit less than other men. I'm a little bit worried about not feeling anything anymore. What about your statement? Thanks bro.
