Hello to all the members of this wonderful forum, I will tell you my story I am a young boy of 28 years old, in the month of April I started with the famous jelking exercises 6 months ago I have symptoms of venous leakage and they are quite intermittent, I am quite depressed since when confirming the result my only option will be the implant from this my second problem is born, my penis is quite small, it measures 10 cm in erection and has a fairly poor width, according to I have already read several posts from the members with implants a high percentage loses around 1 to 1.5 inches my big dilemma is when my only option is the implant will my penis become a micropenis of 8 or 7 cm? Thank you for your attention and I hope everyone is well.

Go to the doctor's and see a urologist ASAP.
For example, it may be that prescription of Cialis will help heal the erectile dysfunction.
Note that most measurements are "bone pressed" against the pelvic bone.
You will probably gain girth with an implant, keep that in mind.
Keep in touch with the forum, it's important you get support.

Carefully measure your erect penis (by whatever means you can achieve an erection) immediately before implant operation. Do not depend on memory (which is known to exaggerate size) for comparison to your ultimate post-operation size.
Absent complicating factors (Peyronie's Disease, scar tissue, etc) or an incompetent surgeon or medical accident, NO ONE should experience a loss in size from what their immediately pre-operation length to what they finally are a year after the operation.
Carefully read those posts and research the posters' history. I believe you will find some reason for their departure from the medical standard of care and outcome.

I support this message:

Couldn't resist saying that.
I'd also recommend using a VED.

Most who lose size do so because they waited to get implanted. If I had gotten implanted right after I fell and crushed my stuff i would not have spent 2.5 years getting shorter. Took me 2 years to find a doc to test me for venous leaks. He said i am leaking as fast out as in. No options. That was pretty much my problem from the beginning. I was pissed my first doc after accident said i was fine after the bruising went down after about 6 weeks. Said i was old, take viagra. Took it. Had sex with a semi hard erection and bent my penis. Peyronies showed up shortly after. Funny after crushing the boys, testosterone production pretty much stopped. Had 0 energy. Tested and I think if I remember right it was around 50. Doc just said it happens with age. I never had any issues prior to falling on that 2 by 8. Just gave testosterone. I should have found new doc. Got implanted when I could still stretch to 7 inches.
Went from right at 7 inches to 5 in 18 months. Traction and ved daily for 8 months before implant got me back to a stretch of 6. That was pretty much what I got at first implant. After cycling that increased some as well.
Whatever you were born with barring any other issues is what a good doc should get you with an implant. Some actually have gotten a bit longer, but mostly you do well to get back what you had before any issues. Do not put it off. See a doc. Make them check. Get all the info you can. Then decide. I look back and regret every day I did not get implanted after I fell.

I second that notion. A VED (Vacuum Erection Device) used for therapy (as opposed to for sex) does two things.
Keeps your penile tissues stretched and elastic, reducing or eliminating size loss (and sometimes restoring recently lost size)
Flushes blood through penile tissues (emulating the erections most men get nightly).
The protocol I favor is intermittent 1 minute erections interspersed with complete deflation for a minute done twice per day in sessions lasting 20-30 minutes.
