What length were you one week before implant? With a decently skilled surgeon and absent complications you should be, within a year - maybe even within another month your same length. I was within 1/4" the same length as just before the implant as soon as the bandages came off.

Your implant is very new. With regular cycling you should see results. First erection i wasnt even 5” but i cycled daily either fully erect and held for 60 minutes give or take. Sometimes twice daily for 30 minutes adding a few more pumps every 10 minutes. Also, it would be helpful if you added signature so we could know what model and size implant you received. So i have lgx 18cm with 1.5 rte’s. I was implanted more than 3 years ago. My erection length is 6.25” maybe a little more when aroused. Hope this helps !

If you had size loss it is possible to gain some of that back. First and most important is to follow your doctors orders for cycling. You can ask your doctor about VED use as it is mentioned in the AMS user DVD. The VED will not work for me but some members have posted favorable results with VED use after surgery. After I was fully healed I used long inflations adding pumps every 5 minutes or so to strech. This is a slow process and I had gains past 1 year. If you feel stretching then this is working. But stop if you have pain. I did this for 1 hour a day most days for over a year and still do 3 or so times a week. As posted you can split this up into 2 30 minute inflations. Good luck going forward with this.
