Were visiting my dr for implant he say that I will get 12cm implant although I have 14.5cm/15cm penis no scaring no peyerone.just wounder could ved after implant help to restore that lost size?.I know there is no shaft enguregment so Mabel this is the reason I would be given so smal penis.what r u think guys?thank u for u support

How many surgeon's have you interviewed? Just the one?

VED use and for me manual streching helped before surgery and long streching inflation after I was fully healed post surgery yielded results for me with a LGX device. My AMS user DVD states that some doctors may advise VED use post surgery with some patients. Pre surgery VED use is siad to be 6 weeks or longer but the largest gains in the study were in the first 2 weeks. For manual streching I would pull stright out forward, then up to my belly button, then down to the floor, Then left and then right to the sides. Then repeat several times. And 2-3 times a day. Doing the pre surgery work will permit in many cases a larger device to be implanted. Be careful not to cause pain as you can cause damage that will cause scar tissue. These streching exercises are not ment for penis enlargement. They are for regaining some of the size loss you may have. So becareful with ved as you can cause damage. Best to have a VED with a gauge and to watch to keep the vacume below a level that can cause damage. If you have pain or signs of damage stop. Then after a few days healing resume at a lower vacume level. Same with manual streching. Don't pull really hard. Just a nice comfortable pull. I think pre surgery streching is more important for men with size loss from ED but poat surgery streching after you are fully healed is important also. You should follow your doctors instructions for inflation post surgery and if the doctor recomends VED use then follow those instructions. After you are fully healed you can try long inflation to max and add pumps every 5-10 minutes or so for an hour a day. Some devide this into 2 30 minute sessions. Again be careful and stop if you have pain. Use this to where you feel streching but not pain. I dai not use VED post surgery but others have and can advise you on this or do a search for old threads on this site about that. If you have size loss the time to start VED or other streching is now before surgery. The longer you do this pre surgery the better the results according to the study. You might want to check out the AMS 700LGX since it's the only IPP designed to allow for expanding length in conjunction with cycling to max for about an hour daily. Length gain after 6 months to one year will be around 1/2-3/4 inch with consistent cycling. I'm just shy 6 months now and I've already regained my pre-surgical length.

It is not normal to lose size after a penile implant. I highly suggest you look for another doctor. A high volume doctor like Dr. Eid or Dr. Clavell. Traveling is worth it IMO. You don't want to just go to your local doctor for such a precious procedure.

You can use VED before and after. With an LGX you may gain size after the operation.

Depending on how long you have until your operation you have a few options. The safest IMO is something like RestoreX or 8hrs of daily traction with Penimaster Pro.

If you're dangerous you can use the lghanger or the bibhanger to gain much quicker, but more dangerous. But if you're already getting an implant there's not much you can lose IMO. Just gotta keep your glans safe in which case the bibhanger is slightly preferred before an implant IMO.

In this board there was a guy who had an LGX and they used the lghanger a couple of months right before their revision. They also used VED daily and gained 4.4cm and then got a larger titan.

But I think it all starts by having an expert high-volume surgeon.
