Thanks for the kudo, LeRoastBeef but your confidence in my knowledge is misplaced. That is, there are better, more reliable sources on FrankTalk than I am and the collective knowledge is superior to any individual's.

I do recognize Tangerine, Merris, gene308 and others with knowledge factually superior to my own. I did a LOT of research, but did not pay close attention to details, but more attention to general overall factors.

Having made that disclaimer, to Vanbon, I answer:

Search through FrankTalk and you will find your answers, accompanied with actual pictures of the devices. Those pictures are very helpful. I don't have links right now but will add to this thread when I find them.

Yes, the Titan is better for longer, thicker penises. But that comes at the cost of being less flexible when not inflated. The AMS products are easier to live with at the times when you are not having sex. AMS will deploy for urination easier and tuck away in your pants a lot easier. AMS devices do not make as big a bulge as Coloplast's do. A 15 cm (exterior measurement) penis is probably better suited for the AMS because it will "hang" down more naturally than the Coloplast. (15cm is 5.9 inches)

If you can interview one of each (AMS / Coloplast) surgeons and ask each one's opinion in their medical judgement which implant would be best for you, you might get a better answer than I can give. A physical examination of your anatomy is better than a general judgement of suitability

While I said above that 15cm is probably better suited for AMS, your length is not too short for a Coloplast. If your erection is thicker the Coloplast might be better. Only a clinical examination will tell.

Welcome to the forum, Vanbon. Thank you for asking our opinions.
