45 days Post Op how many pumps should it take on a 16CM Titan Touch

I had a Titan a touch implanted on 9/30 it was a 16cm Infrapubic implant with 3cm R&L RTEs with a 125cc reservoir. Once I was able to start cycling it I found something that really alarmed me as I can only get 3 solid pumps on the bulb before it becomes impossible to inflate or press the bulb anymore. I get very hard after those 3 pumps but am really disappointed with my total length when I get to max amount of pumps it will do. My question is with a 16cm implant which I realize isn’t very large but why can I only get 3 pumps before it becomes impossible to pump further? I see in past posts how many pumps it takes to get a little larger implant maxed out just wondering if something is not correct. I haven’t been back to Surgeon for 6 week follow up yet until Dec 1 so asking if anyone can share their experiences with Titan touch. As far as flaccid I feel I get all the fluid out of the implant as I can feel the tubes go flat. I am not that much larger with the 3 pumps than I am flaccid but I saw in another post recently that the Touch has a large flaccid state and isn’t very Flexible which has its own challenges

I made a similar comment to my doctor on day 15 when I pumped my 15 cm CX in front of him and stated that it went from limp to stiff in three pumps.

He said two things: "Maybe you are squeezing more fully on each pump" and "there is still swelling to account for and you will get more fluid into the cylinders as time goes on".

Even at day 31, I was only getting 10 partial pumps (about 4 firm pumps followed by 5-6 much smaller pumps).

Today at just over a year, I don't bother to count. I know when the bulb gets very hard that I am almost full. Squeezing the shit out of the bulb about 3-4 more times will gradually get it harder, and more painful at the base until I feel like I need to release pressure because it feels like I might have a blowout (doubtful, but horror thoughts run through one's head at times).

Thanks Waynetho I am the same way after 3 pumps It hurts bad. I am pushing the bulb very hard but have to put a lot of pressure on it maybe it will get better over time.

How hard the implant gets is the important thing. The number of pumps are not as important as long as it does get hard.
Which is your goal. A hard implant or lots of pumps? Waynetho is correct. Bring this to your surgeons attention. I suggest making a list so you don't forget one of them.
