Really depressed about the girth. Please help me

Hello. Long story short, i thought that the penile girth with an implant was the same of what i had, in full erection, before the implant.
Today, i discovered that the implant only have 22cm diameter (the Titan) and so, the only girth you will have is the one from the implant itself or, at best, the one you had when you were flaccid before the surgery..
I'm doing my researches about this topic because, unfortunately, my stretched penile girth is ridicolous, like 9 cm (3.53"), and i've heard that these are the measurements which they take when they implant you.. and the ones you will have. I can't go from 15cm ( 5,90" ) girth now to 9 cm (3.53") after the implant, i would be too depressed and i wont accept it..
So i would like to know:
1) Which was your girth, in flaccid state, BEFORE the implant?
2) And how many inches is your girth now that you've been implanted?
Thank you everyone..

I had a hard time understanding your post.
Did you mean the Titan has 22mm diameter; not 22cm circumference?
If you package 2, .88" diameter tubes in your penis, it'll fill out nicely.
I hope I'm understanding the problem and the parameters, but I'd say stop worrying about the girth if you haven't been implanted yet.

I think.it will not be as that bad.
If a Titan gives you a small penis there would be way more complaiment on this site.
I think you will be fine and overworrying (like myself
) yourself.

I gained 12.5mm girth after my Titan was installed ( was 115mm before) so i wouldn't dont worry you will get back what you had and a bit more i think.

Yeah, because i think that if you're under 125mm girth, then you gain from the implant. If you're more than that, you lose. I dont know, im really depressed.

Sorry tomas1, you're right, i've corrected it.. it was diameter not circumference.
My fear is that, since my penis is just 90mm in circumference while flaccid, i will lose a lot of girth. At the moment, erect it it between 135mm and 140mm

Hope, a good surgeon does NOT take the stretch length as gospel for your size. A good surgeon experienced in performing many IPP surgeries will do as the AMS and Coloplast surgical instruction manuals state, and use the DISTAL and PROXIMAL measurements from the *INSIDE* of the tunica after they make the corporotomies and dilate your corpora. This is the only TRUE way to gauge the total size of the penis. The stretched length only looks at the outside length, not the total length. There may be other factors that affect the stretched length too like dartos layer contraction. Some doctors may get an estimate for external penis size by inducing an artificial erection by filling the corpora with normal saline and Lidocaine but this is only done by a select two or three that I'm aware of. Typically skilled surgeons will usually take the distal measurement from the incision, plus the proximal measurement, plus another small amount to provide a small amount of over-sizing of the implant. The implants may have some small amount of accordion folds or dog-ears when uninflated and those are there to provide a bit more stretch when inflated.
If you are very girthy, there are Titan implants that provide additional girth and those might be to your benefit. The sum of the two implants is not the only factor in your girth. You bring a lot to the table as well. My implant has a maximum cylinder diameter of 18mm (AMS 700CX 15cm). Figure two side-by-side is 36mm so calculating a girth of 36cm only provides 4.45" of circumference. My circumference or girth is 0.65" larger than the calculations of just the implant cylinders suggests. At my base I'm even larger, at 5.5".
You are seriously agonizing over something that is a minor thing and the longer you wait if you have severe ED, the more you will be losing and the less the doctor will be able to provide you after your recovery. Stop agonizing over the "What if's" and just find and interview some skilled implant surgeons and make the best decision you can. The odds are greatly in your favor to get everything you are capable of having (what your anatomy can offer). Nobody can give you back what has been lost due to atrophy from delay or non-action.
EDIT: Also, with a Titan that has a 22mm diameter per cylinder (as you indicated), two side-by-side is 44mm. That would give a total bare circumference of 5.44" not factoring in the other tissues in your penis. Your going to see around 6.0"+ based on max of 22mm each plus what you bring to the table.

Really, you need to ask these questions to your doctor before you get all freaked out about them. You are giving yourself unnecessary anxiety.
The stretch test will only test for length of the penis, which will determine the length of the tubing. In general, implants usually only have a few different girth sizes. It's just normal and narrow base for the Titan, as far as I know. The normal one has a max inflation width of 22mm for each cylinder, so if you set them right next to each other, you'd have at the very least ~11.5cm girth. Add in the considerable amount of additional tissue surrounding the corpus cavernosum, and you're going to be reaching the 12-13cm range.
What it won't do is make you significantly girthier than you already are. The tubes will fill out the same space that your blood currently would during an erection, but with the same tissue preventing it from getting larger (the tunica) will keep the tubes from expanding larger than your natural girth.
I can pretty much guarantee your doctor will not install you with a narrow titan unless you have very significant PD that prevents fitting the normal size. If that's the case (which is unlikely), it is very likely you'll be able to use a normal one by the time you get your first revision if you keep a good cycling routine and the scar tissue gets broken up. The doc will generally induce an artificial erection by flooding your corpus cavernosum with saline at the start of the operation, which will allow them to see your actual girth, and also find areas of scar tissue caused by the PD.
But seriously, just have a conversation with the doctor you're planning to work with. They will be able to answer most of your questions better than an internet forum.
1) My girth before: 5"
2) My girth after: 4.8" and slowly increasing back to 5"
I've got a Titan Touch, normal cylinders.

Hope your calculation is wrong. An ams cylinder reaches 18 mm of DIAMETER (not circumference). If you want to calculate the circumference of the cylinder you should calculate 18x3.14 = 56.52 mm x 2 cylinders= 11.3 cm. You have to add you residual girth to this value. Anyway it's possible that your body can't expand to the full cylinder width of 18mm.
In my case with ams implant i had about 13.5/14 cm of girth after some months of cycling.
You can do the same calculations with titan that have larger cylinders (up to 22 mm for xl versions).

Agreed with all the sentiments in the replies, but not all the math! Putting two circles of diameter d next to each other doesn't mean you can just calculate the circumference of one and multiply it by 2 (2 * d * Pi)...The minimum circumference of a membrane stretched around two adjacent circles is (2 * d) + (Pi * d), which is a bit smaller.

HOWEVER, as mentioned by multiple people here, your penile tissue will fill in some of the additional space, both horizontally and vertically. It's important to note that most people get a bit wider than taller, and end up with a more oval shaped cross section of the penis.
