My implant leans to the right and something tore when i straightened it during sex. Having MRI Feb 1st to try and find damaged tissue. Either way, i'de like to have it straightened to prevent further injury and i may switch to AMS 700 CX for more comfort in flacid state. I don't want to risk inflating titan too much and putting too much pressure on fragile tissue. If anyone has had grafting prior to implant due to peyronies, was there a lot of pain and, if so, how much and for how long. My shaft is straight but it hinges to the right due to peyronies plaque at the base of the shaft. Thinking of going to Dr. Brian Christine in AL. Also, i'm able to have engorgement around cylinders still and am wondering if a graft would affect that.

Are you having both done at the same time? I had my excision and grafting surgery and implant done a year apart. Pain after grafting was minimal, but recovery was a little longer. I was numb for about 5 months as the nerves and blood vessels regrew

Haven't seen the doctor yet, but i would like to have both done at same time. Are you able to get an erection around your implant cylinders? Were you able to prior?

After grafting I was able to have erections, but ultimately the graft site didn’t strengthen enough to hold my rigidity. After implant I can still get a semi if aroused, but ultimately pump up for a full rigid erection

A tachosil graft. Self adhering, no stitches needed
