Hi everyone
I’ve suffered from Ed my whole life , I’m 29
I’ve got a girlfriend and I’ve somehow managed to conceal injections from her but I feel like I’m going to get caught and either way with the outlook on long term injection use , I have to look to get it done !
I’m sick of how anxious having Ed has made me
Has anyone had a implant by dr Ralph ?
Would they be willing to talk to me ?
I did consider Eid but I’m so on the fence with regards to complications and travel
I know this shouldn’t rule my life but it dose
I know it’s been asked a million times but I don’t know what I would do if I had the operation and something went wrong
I’ve had a Doppler which came back with no issues but I have to use 20mcg caverject to maintain an erection and the erection will last for 1 hour
All help and advise will be very much appreciated!

Simple (whenever something is simple, be wary) rule is this:
Only get an implant if failure of the implant leaves you in no worse condition than you are now.
More complex is what to do with your girlfriend. My advice is to level with her. Tell her the honest truth. I recall women are incredibly supportive if they feel desired, trusted, respected and safe. I ask you, "How can you truly enjoy sex while you are keeping a secret from someone with whom you are so intimate?" I suggest you cannot truly relax as you are now. If she rejects you because you need injections, she is not worthy of your attentions. If she accepts you as you are, you have found a treasure. Enjoy her and let her enjoy you completely.

Thanks for the reply !
Is the implant ever complicated by long term injection use ?
I wouldn’t want to overuse injections and then suffer more later
I’ve been using them for around 4 months and I can’t tell if I feel like they are already losing their effect
Unfortunately with my lack of self worth due to my dick that dosnt work means I’m constantly plagued by my emotions and anxiety that she would up and leave
I know the right girl would stay but I can’t imagine how I would feel when she left
I cover my insecurities well but it is getting harder

My self-image/self-worth suffered greatly from E.D. It got better when I got better at alternative ways to sexually satisfy my lovers.
That is my way of suggesting you learn to use hands, tongue and toys to give her orgasms and satisfaction. It will restore much of your confidence in (and out of) the sexual arena.
If a woman leaves you only because of sexual issues, there were more issues than sex. In other words, the "right girl" WILL stay. And the absolutist phrasing "when she left" need not enter your lexicon.
And, I repeat. Do not "cover your insecurities". Share them, and in so doing, dispel them. 'A burden shared is a burden halved.'(T.A. Webb, I think) 'A joy that's shared is a joy made double." (John Ray, maybe). The sentiments are found throughout history across many cultures, apparantly. “Shared joy is a double joy; shared sorrow is half sorrow. ”
(Swedish Proverb) is also found in Hindi.

I had my surgery done with Ralph this year - as have several guys on this forum. You can look through their comments if you search Ralph in the search bar. Personally, I have had a great outcome thus far. However, the decision as to whether to have this surgery is a deeply personal one and there are many factors you should weigh up - as lost sheep has mentioned you should compare the worst case post surgery scenario with what you have now. However, I think it's also worth noting that your chances of infection are very low as a young (assuming) healthy person. Personally I spent many hours looking through hundreds of posts on here and gauging a view of what was on offer - I don’t think there is any substitute for that. Book an appointment with Ralph also though, I found him straight forward and helpful but I was also confident in what I wanted based on my comprehensive research.

Also 29 from UK 2 weeks out from my 3rd revision. 3rd done by Ralph first two by other uk doctors both undersized. Ralph hopfuly has corrected this but too soon to say. The swelling was 10x less this time around and the incision looks better. He is the only person I would allow now to do this procedure.
I was also on caverject 40mcg for a while until they lost their effect it did no damage using them before the implant. Have you tried the shockwave therapy? Feel free to pm if you need any advice because been through it all.

My fingers are are crossed for a satisfactory outcome.
I know from personal experience just how you felt after your 1st surgery.
Let's hope Mr Ralph has done the trick this time.

Hi,
I feel for you since I struggled maintaining erections since my teens. My two cents: if you have an erection that lasts an hour with the Caverjet, I wouldn’t be in a rush to get an implant. Also, have you tried all of the PD5 inhibitors? I had very good success with Cialis and Viagra but not Stendra. Unfortunately, they make me sick now so I’m consulting with Dr. Eid.
Good luck
P.S. LostSheep’s advice on the girlfriend is spot on. If she leaves, then you’ll find someone better. Maybe try an older woman, they are usually better lovers and more compassionate.
