floppy head and uneven cylinders. my fingers are where th top of the cylinder is. the is also a weird fluid buildup on the right side that gives it the odd shape. i have no clue what it is.

The thing is a reoperation if needed most likely will not be done for a bit over 5 months yet. Doctors wait in most cases for 6 months from the previous operation. So you have time to work on this and see what you end up with. Follow your doctors instructions and cycle as often as permitted. Then after that you can see about being more aggressive with cycling. Or maybe VED use. And you can gain information on how to proceed.
My tips were not in my glans when I started cycling and they did work up there with cycling. Have you started cycling, or when do you start? What does your doctor say about cycling? How long, how many times a day, ect..

I think you being 25 explains a lot. From the picture you included with the woman (does she know you're doing that, do you have her permission to share her image like that?) to the frantic and obsessive posting manner, to the impatience.
Look. Your old dick is gone. What you had in those first two pictures wasn't what you had when you went into the implant surgery anyway, because if it was, you wouldn't have had the surgery. It's not accurate to say that was your pre implant size. Your pre implant size was whatever flaccid peyronies size you had that drove you to surgery, not a set of quasi pornographic pictures from what might as well be a different lifetime.
At 3 weeks out, this being your first implant, you are not even close to being healed. Not even a little bit close. You are not healed. Wait another two months, at least, before you even think about evaluating where you are, much less doing something about it. Really, I'd say wait six months. Trust me, the time will pass, and you'll still be a man, your usual charming self, and any woman who wanted to fuck you before still wants to fuck you now.
Have you even inflated it? You don't include any erect post implant pics. Also, it is actually normal for the tips not to be mid glans in the deflated state. I know people here make a big deal of it, but tips that slide down the penis in the deflated penis is not a big deal. The implant moves a bit. Technically it doesn't really lengthen, but it tends to fold up a bit and then stretch out when inflated. I bet those tips will pop right into place when you inflate and they will sit where they're supposed to be when it matters.
With my first implant, the tips were beneath the head in the deflated state. When I inflated, they shot up and provided all the support and stability I could need.

those picture were less than a year before, i could get an erection very infrequently, which is why i got an implant.
sorry for not photoshopping my gf out, i have 2 picture of my penis pre implant, that happens to be one of them.
my post op is jan 4th, i will be inflating then im sure, well see how it looks after.
i hope that these things can be resolved with time and cycling, we shall see though. i didn't like my doctors much to begin with, but insurance left me with few options.
Re: pre and post implant size. surely this cant be right.
Please be patient, man. Seriously. Until you get some traction with inflating, learning your way around the new hardware, learning your way through the forthcoming discomfort as your dick adjusts, you should definitely not freak over what you see today.
Even when you start cycling, you will find some surprises. Pleasant ones I think. I thought I was fully inflating for a couple weeks and in fact I was not fully inflating, I was maybe making it to 80% or something. I had tenderness, the inflation bulb was hard as a rock, and I was unsure and squeamish about squishing around in my sac. Also, for a while there in the early going, my dick pointed a bit right, and it had never done that before. Once I started really moving the cylinders around and inflating/deflating, I found that, sometimes, it seemed like there was an unequal amount of fluid in one side's cylinder vs the other side cylinder. I don't know about the mechanics there, I only know that with some fiddling around with pushing more fluid in, and with manually gripping my shaft and sort of trying to even the cylinders out....it would straighten out and stay that way. My presumption was that fluid moved symmetrically in and out of both cylinders. My reality is, that it almost does...or sometimes does...but not always perfectly evenly. If that helps.
You will start to figure things out and get acquainted with your new dick. Hopefully your surgeon knew what they were doing and hopefully you get cycling and moving forward soon. Highly likely that you are going to be pleased and doing your thing soon enough. Really. Just be diligent and constant with the inflation/deflation cycling. Push yourself through the discomfort. And, ultimately, enjoy the fact that you now have a dick that will...not...stop. It's pretty fucking fun once you figure things out and your body settles in.
As for the girlfriend pic? I'll be possibly inappropriate here (won't be the first or last time) and just state the obvious: congrats to you man...she's got a banging beautiful body. Just perfect. Except for the tattoo she's just about a mirror image of my wife. You two are going to have fun. Be patient. But get working.

Re: pre and post implant size. surely this cant be right.
Seven years ago I had a limited circumcision. My penis retracted due to the surgery. It tooks its merry time to finally come back out. You are way too close to your sugery date to even think of length yet.
Does your surgeon do very many implants? Do you remember what your pre surgery stretch measurement was? How deep was your crus? You have a lot of facts to gather before any members can give you any relevant opinions.

I think c-lab34 was a little harsh on you, I would be in a tail spin myself if I was 25 and going through what you are. ED is no fun for any guy no matter what age they are, Like the other guys have stated time will tell how your implant will work, hang in there and please keep us informed. You may email me any time you like. Jim
