One year later - can I supersize?

I’m one year post op and feeling a bit short. I didn’t measure before surgery but I estimate I’m about 1.5 inches shorter now. I’m just barely able to penetrate my wife from behind (the only position I can climax from). My COVID 10 lbs doesn’t help. It’s frustrating. Any way to add length with a second procedure?

If you were undersized they can do a revision.
Age 37. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.

What’s your length now Pete?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.
