Hello
Im 9 days post- op
Im inflated 40-30%
But
I still have too much pain
The source of the pain i think from the wrinkles or krinkles in the cylinder which i can touch and feel... i have many of them and they make my penis has Angle of deviation
If i stand for 1 minute without walking i feel pain
I take Brufen but it is not work
and I don't feel the bottom part of the penis, nor the sides only the upper part and the head (glan ) is that normal
And r the wrinkles normal?

Would be bit helpful if you provide your details in signature
Initial pain varies p 2 p but if u have other complications like diabetes or anything else, it could be a different ballgame.
I hope you’re in touch with your doctor.

I had to get into my narcotic pain killer stash left over from a back surgery. Extreme pain on the entire shaft. Went nude from waist down for 4 weeks. Even a loose shirt tail would send me through the roof. Some guys wear a baby sock. I used soft Kleenex wrapped around it and a paper roll over that. Ice pack and hot tub is your friend. I was pumped up 80-90% so no wrinkles.

I was having the same type of pain due to the creases near the end of the cylinder. I was 70 inflated the first 2 weeks and got it totally deflated after that due to the constant pressure and pain! I am 4 weeks 3 days post op and the pain gradually improves. I took narcotics at night and ibuprofen or Tylenol as needed until it was more bearable.
I use antibacterial cream on my penis and wrap it with gauze to reduce burning (it helps a lot!). Fortunately, it gets better! Best of luck

how much ibuprofen are you taking? You might not be taking enough.
I had numbness on the underside for months after surgery. It did go away gradually.
a bag of frozen peas can be your friend.

I talked to my surgeon at my 5 week follow-up RE: pain/burning/hypersensitivity. He stated that most of it was due to the aggressive modeling intra-operatively which resulted in a temporary nerve lesion. He suggested using 5% lidocaine cream on the areas that were supersensitive/burning. I ordered some off of Amazon and it does the trick. That, in combination with hot baths improved my discomfort significantly. Make sure to clear this with your surgeon and follow the instructions on the lidocaine cream regarding frequency (don't put it on any more frequent than recommended).
