Does anyone have 2 implant,
What pros
What cons.

Compaired to 3 pice setups
51 considering Implant, ED 15 years+, pills never worked, working on injectios now

Pro:
  • No reservoir in the abdomen
Con:
  • Larger pump
  • Lower volume of saline equates to less rigidity when inflated
Maybe other pros and cons not mentioned above.

You will not get the rigidity that you need. The two piece is seldom used. My surgeon would not even consider it. I inquired about it because I have had multiple abdominal surgeries (including an ileostomy). He told me that the abdominal reservoir would not be a problem. He was right. I dont even know it's in there.
