Hello!

I got implanted more than a half year ago and was cycling daily for 10-15 minutes. Even if I take painkillers, after a few seconds I experience an extreme burning and pain in the whole shaft. It’s extreme uncomfortable and makes sex not really enjoyable. The doctor told me that I had a lot of scar tissue when he implanted me, is that maybe still the reason for that pain? I read a lot about people experience the same but it’s just such a Long time. Btw my length and girth it’s still much smaller than before, but maybe It just takes more time than 6 month. Would appreciate to hear some opinions!

If you have extreme pain you need to see your surgeon, that’s not good!

I still feel discomfort when pumped to max and it's been 8+ months for me since my implantation. However, my surgeon has had me cycling for an hour every day. Perhaps your daily cycling of only 10-15 minutes is the reason for your slow progression. BTW, I also had a significant amount of scar tissue built up from injections and previous penile augmentation surgeries.

Thank you! I just experience the pain when I pump it at 100% . At 70-80% I’m fine. But getting rockhard it’s quite impossible for me because of the burning sensation in the shaft.

just me but sounds like things are trying to stretch but i don't think 10 15 minutes is going to get you past that, mine was a very difficult surgery lots of scare tissue yep it hurts to pump at first grit your teeth and get through it that's why you haven't seen gain in size implants are very tuff stuff take a lot to stretch my burning type feeling was nerves stretching go until you feel discomfort wait for a while pump a few more and so on maybe a half hour to 45 minutes you'll be happier once you get through it

I would talk to your doc, and wouldn't extend inflation time without talking to him. He is there for you, take advantage of it.

I am 20 months since implant. I also have pain when pumped max. Last night when having sex, I thought I needed it harder. Put in 6 more pumps and it hurt so bad, I had to stop and give up. Like ED, opposite problem but same result.

Follow up?
How is the pumping/pain going?
I still pump, but my pain has to do with the length of time I am pumping. It feels like when you take those boner pills and erection lasts, even after you have shot your load.

Pain and burning after the first year made sex impossible. Two years later (should have done it sooner), I had a remove and replace by a more gifted surgeon, and things have aince been great.

Was your implant oversized?
What was your implant size before and what's your implant size now?
