I am totally amazed by the number of men who seem to be obsessed with their size. I had prostatectomy in 2017. I went three years unable to get an erection. VED worked, but not able to maintain for more than a short time. I had my implant done at Lake Norman Regional, in NC, by an excellent surgeon, Dr Tapscott. Did I lose some size? Who knows or cares, after three years of no erections. You guys are complaining about loss of some size of a penis that didn’t work. Before you had a hammer without a handle, now you just have shorter hammer, but a hammer that will work. Get over it. Most of us were not porn stars to start with. My wife is happy, so I’m happy.

I'm sure this thread is not going to turn into a shit show, that we all leave better informed, and that we all bond closer together as a result.

Aardsee, you are fighting a losing battle! I totally agree with you but here, size queens reign, they forgetting the pills, pumps, injections or simply having nothing. I too am thrilled and who fucking cares about size!?

I have learned a lot from guys with big dicks. And that is they suffer from many of the same issues that men with smaller dicks face...low self-esteem, health issues, mental and physical issues, money problems, love problems and on and on. The bottom line is the size of a man's dick is only one aspect of a man's identity. I must admit I would love a bigger dick but it would not cure me of all the ups and downs of life.

Well I think we all want what we don’t have.....we dream of greener grass on the other side of the fence but we get our head stuck in the fence. I had a good friend who was very blessed in size. He said he wished his was shorter. I told he didn’t know what he was asking for. His comment was you don’t know what you are wishing for. He dealt with other problems and issues because of his length. So as long as it works I’m going to be happy. If the wife wants 10 inches and make it hurt, I’ll just pump twice and slap her....we will both have what we wanted

I totally agree with you. I am also prostate cancer survivor. Had my RP in 2016.
Went into RP 99.99% potent. Never tried viagra or Cialis before RP. Always worked. After RP, I was 100% impotent until my first implant in 9/2018 which unluckily was wrongly installed (Crossover right RTE into left crus).
During and after RP I lost 2+ inches of length and some girth. My penis looked like pre pubescent one.
I did not ask my surgeon about what lenght I will have after implant.
He did stretch test and said that’s it. My answer was: if it is functioning like penis, that will make my wife and I really happy.
People who surveyed prostate cancer and treatment are not questioning lenght because they already lost lenght and function.
IMHO, young fellas are looking for penis lenghtening and they are obsessed with their penises. At young age of 51 and loosing all functionality, for me implant was the only answer to end my sexless life.
