I am 57 years old and have suffered with PE all my life. I have tried everything and nothing works. About 4 months ago I started using bimix so I can stay hard even after I come. Although it generally works there are issues with the shots. Sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it works but it is painful and the erection last 4 hours or more.

I am growing tired of all of it and I am considering an implant.
Is there anyone that got an implant because of premature ejaculation. If so, can you answer a few questions.
1 Are you happy with your decision, was it worth it?
2 Did insurance cover it?
3 Since you could get an erection up to the point of surgery, did you loose any length?

Thanks for any help

Have you tried silodosan?

Have you tried tramadol?

Have you tried levitra?

Have you tried dapoxetine?

All of these or a combination of the above should completely eliminate pe.

Whoa! You mentioned Tramadol? They had me that for pain when recovering from implant surgery (as well as my earlier UroLift procedure). I wonder if it can also be responsible for prolonged onset of DE (Delayed Ejaculation). I'm not still taking it, of course, but the thought crossed my mind.

I did not get my implant because of PE. While maybe not exactly PE, I did often come too fast. My way around that was three beers and don't pee. Worked fab until I was ready to come. I had to pee before I could come. Peeing with a raging hard on can be messy!

With the implant - so what! Still hard, keep fucking, maybe rest a bit, fuck some more. With a young masseuse one time I came early in the session without her knowing. Later she was worried that I hadn't come. I laughed and said 'honey, I came quite a while ago' (post RP, no semen)

Good luck man!

Don't rush into an implant. Nothing beats a blood filled cock even if it aches a little. You pump an implant hard as a trimix dick and it will ache also. Mine aches at 70% hard after a while.

I just had my implant a week ago, due to ED after a prostatectomy before 3 years. Wasn't in the same position you are now, although PE is similar to ED, or even worse fro your partner.
Compared to using injections, I would rather go for an implant, unless some kind of tablet works.
Regarding insurance, it depends on the policy you have. You need to read it and see the coverage and exclusions, or call them to ask.

I have tried tramadol, it's hit or miss. I have tried Levitra, doesn't do much. I have never heard of Silodosan, I may give that a try. Dapoxetine is not available in the US.

Dapoxetine can be bought from alldaychemist, same with silodosan. These two together will massively delay your ejaculation.

I didn't get an implant because of PE but it definitely helped. I was prescribed Sertraline before my implant but it didn't have much effect, then, so I stopped. When I was cleared for sex after the implant I came pretty quickly and started up on the Sertraline again. I now have very good control and can pretty much last as long as I want. Whether it's the fact that I don't have to worry about going flaccid, the Sertraline or a bit of sensitivity loss from the operation I don't know but having the control is fantastic.

I suffered for 20 years with ED.

For 66 years I’ve suffered MISERABLY with premature ejaculation.

I literally would put it in and two or three SECONDS later would cum. We would try to penetrate and then not move, to no avail. I’m beyond amazed my wife married me.

Now that I have an implant, I wish I had got it done at 18! At 66 I feel like Superman.

After starting treatment for ED my penis shrunk 1 3/4”. If I had my implant at 18, maybe I would have my full size still. In my opinion, pills and injections are a waste of time and money.
