After implant surgery, penis has different orientation

I had implant just over a week ago.
Concurrent with the implant, I had a male sling procedure.
I am recovering, and the significant swelling is going down to a point where I’m no longer concerned.
But, I do have another concern:
Post-surgery, my penis now has a considerable point to the left, which it did not have pre-surgery. I can adjust this somewhat manually, so although it’s annoying and I don’t like it, I can live with it.
Of greater concern is that my penis seems twisted. When pointed up toward my navel it is twisted counter-clockwise about 45 degrees. If I move it into a forward-facing position, I can manually adjust it by twisting it and that improves the look momentarily but it’s natural inclination is to return to the twisted position. I have been regularly twisting it manually to get it back to a normal orientation, but have not been doing this aggressively out of fear that I’ll make some irretrievable error.
Is a different penis orientation after surgery normal? Can/should I continue the correction action I’m doing? Is there a better method than just twisting it back? Is there something else I can do?
Thanks for your feedback.

yes see your surgeon.
I know I was told to wear compression shorts and alternate daily wearing my penis to the left and right, Never up or down. always left or right..
