11 days postoperative and have questions

Hey, just a few questions.
At what point can I expect to be allowed to pump up?
What about sex?
What about masturbation?
Now, if I even think about anything sexual, I get a lot of pre-cut. Is that normal?
I gained an inch in girth, and lost almost an inch in length. When I am allowed to pump up, will either girth or length increase?

I am not looking for definite answers, I know every mans results are different, I am just trying to get a general idea of what to expect.

Rob, my doctor had me come in two weeks after surgery to learn how to pump and start cycling my implant ("ACTIVATION"). I was not cleared for sex until six weeks from surgery date. The "pre-cum" you apparently meant to say is no doubt a reaction to the swelling and pain. As long as it's clear as it should be, it should be normal and nothing to worry about but if you are concerned, consult your doctor.

Right now you will see more girth due to swelling until it goes down. Length won't start to happen until you've started cycling regularly and it may take time to get any length back depending on your specific situation. As they say on drug commercials, "No case is typical".

Unless the doctor expressly forbade it, you should be able to masturbate without inflating if you wish. Until he activates you though, do not attempt to pump even if you just want to masturbate. If you have concerns or want to be sure it's okay to masturbate before activation, do consult your doctor.

Understand that this advice assumes that there are no stitches in your distal penis as in coronal implantation or circumcision or degloving. If you have any stitches around your penis besides in your abdomen or under your scrotum, I would strongly advise against any activity that could agitate or affect the surgical incisions. IN THAT CASE, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FIRST.

My doctor/surgeon gave me written post-op instructions and I followed them...to the letter.
Opinions are akin to anal openings, everybody has one. Get the facts, in writing and follow what the doctor says.(If you do and something goes amiss, you can sue their posterior)

Doctors vary a lot. One I know of activates at 3 days. I was 3 weeks (well just under). And some are 8 weeks. The thing is you need to follow your doctors orders to prevent infection. This is more of the difficult waiting but very important to heal. I was cleared for sex IIRC at 4 weeks. Masturbation is sex so I waited as I did not want to risk infection. I had a scrotoplasty and stiches up the underside of my shaft. They lasted 8 weeks and I had to remove the last 2 that had not dissolved myself. I agree there my be swelling for the girth increase but you may have some increase. Only time will tell on length. I had gains out past one year.

You might want to create a signature as others have with information like surgery date, type of implant, ect. so you don't have to type out the info every time you ask a question. That way we can see the info and answer your questions better.

I agree with what has been said about every situation is unique, and to ask your doctor. I’m at 4 weeks post op and am scheduled for next Friday (5 wks) due to schedule conflict. My doc pumped up a bit during healing to keep it up. Fortunately it is still enough for penetration and have had sex 8 times with 3 orgasums,masterbated 5 or more times. Incision is healing great. But I’m sure tired of having a
1/2 erection to conceal under my pants. My pump is locked and pump is like a rock. Length isn’t there yet but girth is good. Keep posting your progress and read from those with experience.
