Pump Jam

Hello all,
Twice this past month my bulb went flat while I was pumping it a bit faster than usual. Is this just the valve jamming or could this be a sign of a slow leak? Pressing deflate button allows the bulb to refill and I can continue pumping to the max.. Other than that I've been able to cycle to max firmness of bulb and cyllinders. How do I tell if it's a leak? Does anyone else with Titan Touch have a "jamming" problem like this?
