What's the max girth that Coloplast Titan is able to reach?

This depends on several things. One is the length of the implant (the longer the more girth they have), your penis can only expand so far and it takes months after implant for it to reach.

I wouldn't gauge getting an implant based on girth. It depends on your anatomy and if you have room/ability to stretch.

If you are considering an implant the most important thing is being able to have an erection for sex play/penetration. A soft girthy penis is not going to help you have sex as much as a hard less girth penis.

If you gain girth by implant great, but it isn't the major goal. Having an erection my wife and I can count on at anytime for as long as we want is really what matters.

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM GIRTH FOR TITAN?
I have Peyronie. I've lost a good amount of girth, but not much length.

My girth pre-peyronie was 13.5 cm (from the base to the glans). It is still in the base, but it starts to narrow and it's 11 cm below the glans. I don't know if a Titan implant can be fit there.

My doc says I'm gonna need relaxing incisions. I think this is a risky procedure and I think it would be a lot better if just an implant were put. The problem is maybe it doesn't fit there without incisions.
