lost some sensitivity

I am 76, healthy, (see below), active, and happily married for 37 years.
I have ED, and, with my physician's direction, have tried the three major pills. When Levitra works, we enjoy vaginal intercourse. One of lthe distressing aspects of my ED is that I do not have orgasm and ejaculation with vaginal intercourse. The glans and corona have lost sensitivity and do not contribute to the pleasurable sensations of intercourse. Only vigorous masturbation will achieve orgasm - not a suitable end to a session of making love. Masturbating alone requires intense activity, but the results are satisfying. My urologist tells me that I need more stimulation (yes) and if I can't ejaculate, perhaps psycho/sexual counseling will help. Perhaps...
I plan to have a penile implant for by self-esteem and also to satisfy my wife sexually. She and I openly discuss this subject. I do not expect the implant to improve sensitivity to the corona; lack of feeling must be related to lack of blood flow to the penis. One blogger uses Levitra in conjunction with his implant of expand the glans. Does this also improve sensitivity, blogger? I want orgasm and ejaculation now and after the implant. Any comments or experiences you have will be greatly appreciated.
