Good afternoon gentlemen,
I am 7 weeks post-op implant. I am having a hard time controlling my penis in place, in my boxer briefs. I find myself adjusting in public and/or wearing long shirts. At this point I cannot place my penis pointing down, because of pain. I can only go left.
I am in search of a name brand boxer you use that keeps your penis in place. Currently, I am using Calvin Klein, Champion and Spyder.
Thank you for your recommendations!

Hi There,
I'm yet not a 'real brother' but i'm in the route for a Coloplast as well.
From what i readed from previous posts some members wear the david archy two pouch underwear.
Do people stare at you in public like you have a semi-erect?
Good luck

Hi, sorry I don't have an answer for your question but I am considering Dr Weinberg as my surgeon. Do you have any thoughts on how the procedure went? Do you feel you were properly sized? Also, did he use the infrapubic or scrotal approach?
Really appreciate any info, it's hard to dig this stuff up for some of the less famous doctors

I surmise that your boxer briefs do not hold your penis steady. (as opposed to allowing a bulge, or printing the outline of your penis through your clothes) These are separate, but related, issues with overlapping solutions.
An athletic supporter (jock strap) often a size smaller than you would normally wear often solves the "adjusting yourself" problems. Compression garments are sometimes required to solve the printing.
Personally, I point up and a little to one side (my penis is not long enough to peek out over my belt). Almost any underwear but regular boxers work just fine for me. For the few weeks right after surgery, the jock strap sufficed. At first, over the bandaging, and later, over my regular underwear (reduced jock strap chafing).
You will find the underwear right for you by trial and error (guided by the advice you requested). Good luck.

It takes several months for the titan to soften enough to wear it down. Point it up against your belly. Put a washcloth on it between tight briefs. Loose shirt.

Hanes has a spanx type boxer. I started wearing them within 3 days of surgery. Initially I used one size larger but now after 6 weeks I have gone back to my regular size (still in the Hanes spanx material). Doc implanted AMS 700 in me and I am pretty firm even when fully deflated. Just find a sheltered (from view) area in the store and adjust as necessary. My only caution is that as bad as zippers hurt pre implant they are much worse after the implant.

Duluth Trading Co, bullpen underwear. Hey have a sewn in pouch for your junk and are super comfy. I have several pairs. They are pricey, but worth it.

I wore those for several years prior to going bionic. They are very comfy but all mine are worn out. I needed something snug to hold my junk against my body and Sam's had Hanes that seem to work well and are cheaper.

I used the David Archy two-pouch underwear. Do a search on them and my name. I posted the model numbers I bought. Plus I tried another type, details in the prior posts. I only wore them for a few weeks and gave them to a person who got an implant.
