90 percent of the time my scrotum is pretty tight
Small

Anyone have this and still have an implant?

Would this make the pump ride really high up and under my penis I would imagine

It might be an unusual request of your doctor for this reason, but Flomax helps relax the scrotum if it makes it hard to get to the pump due to it always being tight. It improves urine flow as well, as it's designed mostly for enlarged prostates, if you happen to suffer some of that as well.

I don’t

But the pump can leave the scrotum correct?
It’s a closed space

My question too- Heck, my right nut likes to "hide" up there when my nut sac gets super tight, in the morning when I get up the sac is hanging very low with tons of room. After morning exercise and gym / bike riding-what ever... my scrotum is walnut hell tight. I've asked Dr. about this and he seemed unconcerned, Mar 18 coming fast and fingers crossed.

One drug/supplement you probably want to avoid at least until you're comfortable with the pump, is Yohimbe or Yohimbine HCl. This supplement can cause Dartos muscle contraction which is the smooth muscle in your scrotum and penis responsible for pulling in and shrinking the scrotum and penis due to cold or threat.

I take Yohimbine HCl to increase likelihood of penetrative orgasm (hasn't worked yet but I'm hopeful).

I have a similar issue, especially when I use testosterone. My Dr said it makes no difference.

LBC,
My scrotum has always been tight as you describe, and I got the implant three years ago. Never had a problem. The doc had me repeatedly pull down on the pump as I was healing and now everything seems to be at home.

This does not make sense to me, but hey, we are all different.
90% of the time? I can see where that would be uncomfortable with the bulb. I was just telling my friend here of your situation and I had to clear it up for him by giving him examples of cold water and swimming
But you said its not like that after you sleep, so that tells me that your ballsac is just like that during the day because of a cold climate...summer should be very different (well, here in the US, it gets hot...as in temperature)
