Implant Penetration,22 years old
I’m 1 year post op of three piece implant, am 22 years old and have struggled with penetration when using prosthesis. Has anyone else had problems penetrating with prosthesis and found ways around it? I’ve been really struggling with this recently so any advise would be greatly appreciated

What exactly do you find difficult about it?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Waiting for the answer to wolfpacker's question, I have this advice based on several (unwarranted) assumptions about how you are going about sex:
Preparation. Assuming you are attempting vaginal sex, foreplay is key. An aroused woman's vagina is more prepared and relaxed for penetration and orgasms produce a lot of lubrication, which is vital for ease of penetration. If attempting anal sex (partner male or female) the same principles apply, but the lubrication will mostly come from a tube or bottle.
(edited to add: While my girlfriend is accepting of me at any state of her arousal, she is much easier to penetrate if she has had a couple of orgasms. The most reliable way to get those orgasms is cunnilingus - a skill I learned in 3 or 4 decades of creeping E.D. and an thankful that I developed that skill)
Position: "Doggie" position seems to be the easiest position for my lover and me for easy penetration. I can spread her vaginal lips and insert fairly easily. Other positions may be better for you and your partner, depending on your body shapes.
Enthusiasm: Your partner's desire and enthusiasm for having sex is vital. The willingness of a partner goes a LONG way towards making any sexual encounter successful.
Communication: Talk to your partner. Let her (or him) know what you desire and LISTEN to what your partner desires.
Go gently to get your glans inside and get your shaft inserted so your entire penis is wet with lubrication before you start any energetic in-and-out thrusting. If she is not all that wet, a lot of travel is not going to be comfortable, so short thrusts to get lubrication spreading, until you both are thoroughly lubricated...

Is penetration difficulty with prosthesis different from the penetration difficulty before you had E.D. (if you had the opportunity to try it back then)?
I found very little difference. If my partner was (by arousal) wanting to help and lubricated, penetration was always easy if I had an erection. If my partner was not lubricated, aroused and wanting to help, enthusiastically. penetration was problematic. This held true before E.D. as much as after implant.

Re: Implant Penetration,22 years old
Use water based lubricant, it will help.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.
