Guys,

In the square listed: Corporal measurements

Proximal Distal
Left 12cm 9cm
Right 11cm 10cm

Op Report
AMS 700 CX
Cylinders:18cm + 3cm RTE = 21cm

I remember a discussion on here about measurements and outcomes. I preOped 5.5" length and 5 girth. I'm not cleared to cycle yet, What say Ye on a guess for length? Impossible to tell?

Fingers X for good news next week activation.

Upon activation, I was exactly the same length post-op as I was immediately pre-op. I had a good surgeon who measured me well and properly.

That being said, I was the same length immediately pre-op as I was in my youth, having lost no length to atrophy or E.D. I had been using oral medications to maintain the ability to get erect and when they finally failed, I used a VED to keep my penis elastic and flushed with blood, so lost no size during that phase.

Other men, who did lose length post-op sometimes get it back after some months of cycling (caveat: I believe regained length is usually RECENTLY lost length - long-ago lost length is probably a lost cause or at least a very long-term proposition). Scar tissue begins to form as soon as healing begins (probably even before the surgeon starts closing the incisions) and a scar tissue "pseudo-capsule" forms around the implant, limiting the ability to fully inflate - until that scar tissue is broken up. So, early activation is preferred unless contra-indicated by other factors.

"So, early activation is preferred unless contra-indicated by other factors."

6 weeks, 5 days from surgery. So much for that. Your whole post says my fkuced. Guess it's time to prove it all wrong.

Well, left and right both add up to 21 cm, so you're symmetrical at least. Depending on where the corporotomy was made, it looks like you're just about equal internal to external length but that's not necessarily accurate. I didn't get my proximal/distal sizes in my notes but it would be good to know - they weren't included in the surgical notes at all though. Since I have a 15cm with no RTE, you have an 18+3, plus a deeper crus (mine is almost non-existent). with the CX I'd be willing to bet you'll see between 5.5-6.0" at least, maybe closer to 6.5 but don't quote me on that (and don't be disappointed if I'm wrong). For the girth I think you're probably right on the money, unless you have more tissues than I have. I too have a 5" girth with my CX.

Waynetho,

The proximal/distal numbers came from a AMS form. Lots of information posted on my "portal". My Doc works for a large hospital/health Org. I thought it strange that form would be posted.

I like your numbers, much mo betta. Thanks for the input. It is what it is. End of the Trip, I'll have a hard dick. All that really matters. I've got to work through loss of sensation and wife issues.

No One said this would be quick and easy.

I think that Waynetho's analysis is pretty close. From my reading, it seems that a total of a 21cm implant length puts most guys in the 6" range. Give or take a little.

As said it depends on anatomy. I have a 21cm LGX and 1cm RTE for a total of 22cm. But the 21cm LGX is shown to be able to expand to 24cm in a model they tested and 24.9 in another. I have no data on the CX but it is advertised to not have the length expansion of the LGX but does have girth expansion. I am just a tad over 6" at max inflation.

You mentioned an AMS portal where you found your proximal and distal measurements. What is the portal login and what does it take to tie the login to your case? I went to Boston Scientific and created a login but I don't find anything other than information about what products they provide.

Not an AMS Portal. Sorry to say. Connected with the hospital group.
