Operation in 6 weeks. Girth questions!

Hi Guys, I'm booked in to have a titan coloplast implanted by Mr Ralph at the ucl hospital in London in around 6 weeks.

I read a lot about length concerns but less about girth. My natural girth (which I have maintained throughout my ED with regular pumping and jelquing) is 5.25 inches around just below the glans increasing to 6.7 inches around at the base. Mid shaft is 6 inches around.

So I have a couple of questions. Firstly, can the coloplast cylinders expand enough to fully fill out 6 inches of girth? The cylinders didn't look too thick on the example I looked at... Secondly, can they expand differentially down the shaft so I still get the benefit of the thicker parts of my penis lower on the shaft, or will the cylinders only expand to the thinnest part of the shaft, so that I'll have a penis that is 5.25 inches around, down the whole length (currently the thinnest part beneath the glans) and lose the 6 inches mid shaft girth?

I'd be really interested from anyone with any insight, especially girthier men and their experience
being implanted and most especially and any guys who also have a penis much thicker at the base than just beneath the glans and how the implant has gone for them!

I have the Titan implant and my pre surgery girth was 6" behind the head, 6.5" midshaft, and 7.75" at the base. I am 7 months out of surgery and so far I am about 6.5" girth. My dick is my even now than it was before the surgery but not nearly as thick as it was at the base.
The Titan gives most guys increased girth but there are limits. I was told that it was doubtful I would get it all back and that no implant could give me what I had. We are all different and it's hard to say what you will end up with. I can tell you this. You will be happy. A hard dick overcomes useless girth. Girth looks impressive but if you can use it then it's just good for making an impression of size.

Thanks Masonjames, that's really reassuring! If the titan can fill out to 6.5 inches and has gone beyond the 6 inches below the glans for you it doesn't sound like I'll have anything to worry about! Looking forward to getting my on demand rock hard cock!

I lost girth at the base, but I gained about 1/2 in length. But like the other posters have said, having an amazing, hard erection is more than worth losing a little, whether it's girth or length.

Hi,
I had the very same concerns about girth before being implanted on 4/9/21 w/ Dr.Eid. I measured 15.5 cm around the midline after a Caverjet injection. He told me I may end up w same girth as my natural tissue engorges but may lose at most 1/2 centimeter.

I honestly haven’t measured yet. My flacccid looks great (actually better than before surgery) but when I pump up, I get the oval shape often discussed here. Hopefully, when I am aroused it will fill out more. However, even if you maintain the same girth, your penis may not loook the same (flatter).

So, depending on your current functionality you may want to consider this. For me, I had a great looking dick that I could keep hard enough to penetrate and would lose every time.

I’m happy with a penis that works on demand. And it doesn’t look bad...just different.

Implanted 3-15-21 girth with this titan is less. Length is great but long and skinny looking! I hope with cycling it gets better but would love more girth. At least it gets hard though?

At six inches your surgeon should have suggested the Titan. I think you would have maintained your girth easily if he had.
