I wonder if some of you who have crossed the Rubicon would comment on how masturbation feels after being implanted. If past is prologue Im sure I will spend more time doing that than being intimate with others

I found Fleshlight work well in the beginning. I found the more inflated the longer it took to orgasm. Post op it was very intense. Sex with partners was very good as well. You are hard until you deflate, so sex goes longer as well.

Aside from the hand, the only thing that has worked for me was the Hitachi Wand. Put that attachment on, slip it on, and just hold it in place while watching porn!

Glad the Hummingbird works for you. I get meh effect from it. I can buzz until I'm sore and the lube is dry without an orgasm using my Magic Wand with the Hummingbird attachment.
Other methods are better and quite effective but not the attachment (the wand by itself works pretty good though).

The Magic Wand with the attachment absolutely sends me into outer space. I love it, because I am really hard (no pun intended) to get off, and sometimes my arm feels like it's going to fall off before I can cum. The wand alone will get me there eventually, but the wand & attachment has never failed me.
