Hi, i've read that there are doctors in turkey which Dr Eid or Dr Kramer trained. I was wondering which one is it exactly? I live very close to turkey and speak fluent turkish, so i'd prefer to get it in turkey because i can't fly to USA because of visas and stuff.

If not, are there any other good surgeons with good reputation somewhere in europe?

There is a user on this forum named proctor who was implanted by Kramer in Istanbul. Maybe he can tell you which clinic in Istanbul he was implanted in. His thread is here:
