Any uncomfortable activities with pump in scrotum?

After being implanted, does anyone feel discomfort due to the pump in scrotum? In theory, adding a pump to a space normally only shared by 2 testicles may make things a little more crowded. However, since there is some mobility there, maybe everything kind of finds its place. Does anyone experience discomfort with any particular activities or positions? When sitting in a chair? Lying on one's side. Crossing one's legs?

So far, and I've been implanted for less than 3 months, only bike riding requires some planning and getting everything in the right place. I do have a bit more room in my scrotum than some because I had one testicle removed, due to prior damage, when the pump was installed.

Does sleeping count?
Whenever I go night, night, I have to reach down and adjust. Its not so much pain right then and there, but gets painful eventually.
I have to do this constantly. I a reminded I have to adjust

The only situation I have found uncomfortable post recovery, is riding my bike. I'm not even 3 months post op, so things are still trying to settle in. My right ball has stopped bitching, until I climb on the bike. Probably going to have to get a new saddle, but no biggie if this is the only challenge I have going forward. I don't know who designs bike seats, but they generally mash your nuts or perineum, or both.

Early on in my recovery yes my testicles and the pump really didn't like each other. I do have decent sized testicles and there is some width there with the pump and the boys side by side

Now at 3.5 months post surgery everything is feeling much more normal, apart from feeling that pump in there. I am also a bicycle rider, maximum ride I do is about an hour and no real issues there, apart from initially getting on the saddle carefully. The saddle on my current bike is the best Ive had as I always got the numb genitals symptom with every other bike I have had.

I do go to the gym regularly, apart from being careful when sitting down on say an incline bench no real issues either. In bed when turning over I use my hand to support the boys and can feel the pump then. Nothing else I can think of really.

Like the bike riders in here the only uncomfortable activity so far has been riding motorcycles.

I can still get in a good 50 miles round trip, but lingering soreness is present. Nothing intolerable and I’m still less than 3 weeks post-op.

Also, it should be noted that I don’t ride harleys or cruisers with the wider, upright seats. I ride Ducati’s and KTM where the seat is slim and positions lean forward with weight more on the wrists.

My nuts were very swollen and still are a bit, for the most part they are normalizing. Its because of this I was able to discover my pump is fused to my scrotum. Stuck at bottom right side with the right testicle sort of "stacked" on top of the pump which is very vertical. I go in Friday for a pre-op check and will discuss with Dr. the issue. The thing is... its jammed in the one spot and feels like its boring a hole in the scrotum, It sort of drags in the underwear -so there is some nuisance friction to deal with. At night I too have to sort of hold the balls when switching sleeping sides. Hoping the Dr. can correct this issue when I go in on the 20th for the reservoir revision. I don't want to be awake when he rips it out of the nest its made for it's self. all and all still VERY happy with implant

Hmmm, I keep a small pillow next to me and I lift and lay my dick and balls on top of the pillow while sleeping. What better place for a couple of jewels than on a pillow.

My pump feels quite heavy and I get a dragging Inguinal discomfort, especially if I'm taking a long walk or other physical activity, like bowling. Using supportive underwear helps with this. I'm experimenting with UFM underwear, which has a drawstring scrotal support built in. google it....it's a bit pricey but I think might be a good solution

Do a bit of farming. I have a harder time riding my atv. The bouncing just always seems to put that pump between me and the seat. Uncomfortable quick.

Sitting on tractor, zero turn. Or a mule is no problem.just straddling the atv seat.
