Still extreme pain while cycling. Are there any other options to get my old size back?

I got implanted last year on june and i still feel extremely uncomfortable while cycling. Im pumping my implant 2 times a day for 15 minutes to max. But its still burning as hell and i think i cant do it anymore. Im taking painkillers daily for the cycling, but they dont seem to help much. It just feels like extremely hurtful stitches inside my penis every time.
Most of the guys seem to experience the burning and pain while cycling for not more than a few weeks or months, but for me its almost a year.
As is also dont gain that much size. Im also questioning if there are any other surgery options to regain some size? I heared that a revision could make it possible to implant a bigger size. As ive lost more than 1,5 inch i feel really bad with the results. My doctor told me about the sliding enlargement surgery, but he would not recommend it.
What do you think? Would love to hear some opinions...

Who did your implant? What does your surgeon have to say about it?

Dr. Eid. He said that some people experience longer pain during the cycling than others. He told me that some size loss is possible after getting an implant.

Have you tried the VED post-op therapy.
I believe, it will help you.

Well I would say to maybe slack off the cycling. But you should check with your doctor. Should not hurt bad in the first place. If it does then stop. To me discomfort is pain or it would be comfortable. So we each must decide what is just uncomfortable and what it pain. I took a break sometime before my 1 year post op maybe close to this time for you. And when I returned after normal use found that I had gains out past a year. So maybe you are pushing to hard and need to take some time off. Just normal use for sex. Then start back slowly. Maybe once a day every other day. And if it hurts before the 15 minutes are up stop. But I am not a doctor so please let us know what your doctor says.

Thank you! I have a VED but i never tried it with the implant. As i already feel so much pain while cycling normally, i dont know if i should try it with the VED.

Okay thank you! Yeah maybe youre right and i should give it a try. But to be honest im really depressed because of the size ive lost. And while cycling i already feel a lot of pain after a few seconds if i pump to 100% max.

Maybe you just need to heal the rest of the way then work on just stretching. You should only inflate or stay inflated to the point of feeling stretching not pain. And if the feeling of stretching goes away then pump a bit more until the stretching feeling returns. But if it turns to pain then stop. Same with VED use. And remember to pump the VED slowly. And keep vacuum low. To fast or to much vacuum can cause damage.

The sliding technique can give you back some length. It's risky surgery, though.

For girth, you could try dermal filler injections. Many top implant surgeons, like Perito, Hakky, and Eid offer this. It's not a permanent fix though. Most providers say it lasts "up to" 18 months. It's also extremely expensive (think $4000-$5000 for one round) and probably not covered by insurance. A lot of plastic surgeons offer it as well.
Are you able to pump to a level where you are hard enough for sex but not in pain? If not, that is a problem I would address before worrying about size.
Good luck.
