I just passed 6 weeks from surgery Titan Touch. Inflated for the first time on Tuesday about half way at Dr's office and then came home and attempted to pump it up as far as i could go. Problem it gets very difficult to pump and the pain was terrible once it got up to I guess 75% and stay that way tor 15 minutes and still pain did not go away for hours after deflate. Tried again today pain when pumping up and the pain did not linger as bad today but only left it up for like 5 mins. Dr said that when the pain stops after five minutes then good for sex. He believe that this may take another two weeks. What is everyone's else experience is this normal will I every be pain free.

Many doctors have you wait a week or so after activation to have sex. But doctors differ a lot. Your doctor did the surgery on you and knows what he did and what you look like inside so follow your doctors instructions for cycling. As we all differ as well our doctors differ there is no standard protocol for recovery. This will take time and the older we get the slower we heal. But this will get better. Your job up to now was to wait. Wait for surgery then wait to heal. Now your job is to follow your doctors instructions and do your cycling work, Heat helps. It helps soften the device pump and cylinders and it helps your tissue. So a hot shower or bath if you have been cleared for baths. I used a heating pad early on. OTC pain meds help also.

Best of luck going forward with this.

I wasn't cleared by my surgeon for cycling until 6 weeks post-op, the point you are at now. And yeah, it hurt like hell at first but it becomes less painful as time goes on. I personally experienced some discomfort until about 10 months post-op but this is common with an LGX since it is designed to expand over time. My surgeon informed me that "discomfort" meant I had not maxed out my ultimate expansion and when it was no longer uncomfortable, I had stretched out as far as possible.
During the first few months of daily one-hour cycling, I did it in hot baths only (after my slow to heal incision closed up entirely). It was easier to do and less painful than on dry land.

Its now 7 and half weeks and been pumping for the last week and a half. I can not fully inflate it is to difficult, It is painful the whole time once i begin pumping till i deflate. Then after deflating it partial re inflates on its own. It is uncomfortable and pain full all day. I know I sound like a whinny little you know but it is so frustrating.

I had some initial pain where the tips meet the glans. Part of the healing process bro. Remember Schwarzenegger's quote, "No pain, no gain". You have to do some stretching to get your length back. For me the pain subsided after a couple weeks of cycling. It helped considerably to have a warm wet vagina to exercise with. ;)

Had pain from and after inflating for about 4-5 months. Not really the stretching internal ache but more like a sunburn feeling along my shaft. My guess is a reaction to the antibiotic impregnated on the cylinders. Still have not discussed this with my surgeon as just a few months after my implant COVID hit.

i suggest taking some oral meds like tylenol, ibuprofen before pumping it should help.

I know when I started pumping, it hurt like hell, but that lasted about 2 week and got much better.

My surgeon's routine was inflating for 15 minutes a day. Remember the old saying "No Pain, No Gain"

Best of luck to you...
