Minor (I hope) accident, anyone else?

I’m 5 weeks post implantation with a Coloplast titan. Been having intercourse for about 2 weeks and everything seems fine up until now. Last night I was smoothly taking my girlfriend vaginally from behind and suddenly, I’m not sure exactly what happened, my erection must somehow have “jammed” for a second and sent a lot of pressure to my crus and caused a very sharp pain on the left side. I was able, with some care, complete our session so it wasn’t overwhelming pain.
As far as I can tell nothing is displaced but I still have a dull aching pain there (crus left side). Has this ever happened to anyone else before?
Should I be concerned about damage or displacement?
Is it because I have a new implant and maybe not fully healed yet?

Either you or your doctors are rushing things. I was told no gettin' busy for 6 weeks and that's only after an office checkout. I would consult your doctor to play it safe

After 3 weeks you got busy? Nice!
But did you clear it with your Dr. beforehand? The reason being that the healing and settling of things could be a factor in your case.
I mean, the healing is all great, mine was 7 months before I was able to get busy, but after 3 weeks, I hope you got the Dr.'s blessing.

Doc said I was good to go at 3 weeks. Been busy a few times since. The tips cause a little discomfort in the head of my penis when fully pumped up but other than that it’s been perfect. Fully inflated is super rigid I think it just jammed a bit hard back into my crus
