Pump issues

I am almost 9 months bionic and have had a problem 3 times in the last two weeks when trying to activate my Titan Touch. For some reason when I first start pumping nothing happened. I remembered some threads on resetting the release button and this seemed to solve the problem. Since it has happened more than once I was curious if anyone else has had this issue?
