Guys I’m
Pretty sore still
Not taking the oxys but I’m still sore like a 6/10
Maybe 7
Like a full toothaxhe
In the bath the pain is like a 1/10 she. Laying down
Is this normal
To have pain after a week?

I used Advil every 4 hours. The other thing which helped me was heat, after the drain was pulled. I put rice in a sock, tied the end. Throw into microwave 1-min to 1-1/2 min and apply. The rice holds het nicely.

In my case yes, I had pain which finally eased at the 3-4 week mark.

We all heal differently and experience pain differently. Don't want to scare you but it was 3 months before my pain level dropped below a 5. My only relief was a hot bath once doc ok'd me to soak. By the time I got to 6 months post all was fine, and now being bionic is much better than using pills or injections.

I agree with OldGuy. We are all different. And the 1-10 pain scale is 10 being the worst pain you ever had. But some of us have had really severe pain in the past so a 5 to one is a 1 to someone else or a 9 to another. And some heal really fast and others take much longer. This takes a while to recover.

I don't really know what's normal, but yeah I'm in the same boat. It's manageable, but yea it does hurt. It started hurting a little more when I increased my erect time during cycling, from 5 minutes, to 10. So pretty obvious what caused the pain in my case, but ya I guess it's all trial and error at this point, since it's so individual. What's your cycling routine look like right now?

Each of us is different and the surgeries are a little different.
I took only one of the opioid pills and then switched to ibuprofen. No real trouble. There was pain, but as long as I stayed naked and kept the swelling down, it wasn't bad. It hurt to touch more, or to have pressure on the area.
Once I started cycling, the pain changed. Scrotal pain mostly went away except for the pinching I was doing to pump up the implant. Dick pain, on the other hand, went up, and would slowly increase as I stayed inflated longer. I felt good about that kind of pain as I thought it indicated that I was getting bigger. Worst pain was on the sides of my dick, just behind the head where the hard cylinder tips meet the cylinders themselves. Felt abraded.
I bought a couple of different healing creams and some special men's penile cream. Kept the skin moist and seemed to help healing.

I'm at day 8 post op. Swelling has not improved in 4 days. Went to the doc. He was surprised at the swelling of my scrotum. The pain is 7 to 8 without hydrocodone. 2 to 3 with it.
It looks like a long recovery and healing process for me. Ice constantly. Elevated scrotum. No activity.
I am disappointed about this, but I have to march on.

Yes, you do have to march on, but stay in touch with your Dr!
Although I was not as painful, my activity goal of fucking took 7 months! Pretty sure I hold the record on FT, lol

Thanks for the feedback. I may beat your record. At the rate of healing, it may be 7 months. My son is getting married July 3rd in PA. I have less than 2 weeks to get the pain tolerable.
I am icing every 45 minutes for 45 minutes.
Doc probably should have put a drain in. The implantation went well. I have been on Plavix for 20 years. I'm not certain 5 days off of it was long enough to clear my system. I'm retired, so I am focused on improvement.
