Hey guy
I'm on day 6 after surgery and so far I can only sleep on my back. I by nature sleep on my stomach so I haven't had a good night's sleep yet. Was wondering how long did it take after implant to sleep on stomach/side or different positions without discomfort?

I feel your “pain”. I’m 6 days out. Can only sleep on back. My scrotum was enormous and unable to sleep no other way. I couldn’t imaging trying my stomach with being inflated. Icing is the key. My swelling has reduced big time. Hand in there buddy. Keep us posted.

I can't sleep when lying on my back. Those first days, the weight of my scrotum hanging freely, or having any pressure on it while commando was painful so I wore a jock strap 24 hours a day and it allowed me to sleep well. When I did try to sleep naked, found that a rolled up hand towel placed under my genitals while sleeping on my side, worked well. Maybe give that a try?

I am a dog and drool like one so if I don't sleep on my side/stomach where I can drain I choke when I fall asleep and wake up. I slept on my side stomach after I was discharged from the hospital. The first 3 or so days my discharge instruction had me in the jock strap and I was padded a bit with 4x4 pads on the wound. A pillow can help or wadded up bedding above and or below genitals to reduce pressure on them.

Still in week 1, sleeping on my back and both sides. Sleeping w David Archy briefs keep my shaft locked in to comfortable position and then no issues with a pillow or two between the knees. I am deflated thought, would be tougher on side inflated still.
I was a stomach sleep all my life, I don't know if I will be able to sleep on my stomach ever again with this damn thing the way it is flaccid.

It gets easier. I was a stomach/side sleeper before my surgery. For the first month I slept on my back, super nervous about everything, didn’t want to disturb anything. I slowly switched to sleeping on my side with a small pillow between my knees. After 3-4 months I’m back to doing whatever feels comfortable.

Thanks for the tips! I've been looking into the David Archy brief you suggested. Do you use a specific style? There are a few different kinds, so want to get same style you have.

I've been using a pillow to rest one leg on as I'm a side sleeper. So, if I'm sleeping on my right side, put the pillow to the right of me, and left leg rests on it. That gives my dick a little room, not resting on anything, etc. If I switched sides, I'd just move the pillow to the left side of me. Last night though, for the first time, I was able to just sleep naturally on my side without a pillow, which was a relief (I'm 19 days post-op), so it does get better.
