Hello,

It has always taken me a while to orgasm from sex, now after I had my implant surgery a few months ago I find it difficult to orgasm from sex.

Has anybody else experienced this? Any tips or tricks?

Thank you!

Never had an issue with orgasming before implant. Took me a few months to regain the sensitivity after implant and it was taking me a lot longer to orgasm. Now it's pretty much like before, the longer it is between sex is the quicker orgasm happens.

Lots of lube... For me since I am cut, I have to be lubed up now than before. Ejaculating is a lot better now with a hard dick. But, I am having problems with my frenulum while having sex.

Plenty has been written on the subject. Search function is your friend.

I found that it took a couple of years for my full orgasmic/ejaculation ability to return to normal. (Too bad. My normal was too fast.)

Tip: Be patient, enjoy the ride, enjoy your partner's orgasms while you wait. Keep in mind that most women do not orgasm every time they have sex. Turnabout is fair play.

Takes longer but she doesn't complain about it so neither do I. I'd rather take longer than be a two-minute dude any day!

That’s true but women are disappointed if you don’t come; they think it is their fault.
I am struggling to orgasm after implant and the “it’s not you, it’s me” talk gets tiresome...

Some women, but not all, find the male orgasm and even the amount of ejaculate to be important to their satisfaction.

Read the abstract of a study on the matter here:

I have a different problem going on. I think I lost some penis size due to 6 years of ED and as a result of that, I developed a premature ejaculation (PE) issue. I got the implant and regained some length, going from 5.5" or 5.6" to 5.75" which is great, but the PE issue is still not resolved. I think I come within 15 seconds if I try with a device which is bad. At least the good thing is that even if I come too soon, I can still continue. However, the issue then will be exhaustion after coming too soon. I will have to keep going on for the sake of my partner but I guess that's something I have to live with. Anyone else in the same boat who can chime in with some advice?

Have you tried using some de-sensitizing cream on the underside of your glans?
Or try positions where the head isn’t stimulated as much. Lot’s of options….
