I have a question. At week 10 after implant. Lost much sensation in penis. Have had orgasms but it takes so long. Wife is laid up after a knee replacement . She has tried to help me out on the master at ion end of things but her arm gets tired s as Nd it is distracting to me. It wears me out trying to masterbate. Is there an automatic devise on the market that will do this? I know this sounds lazy but if there is , I can just turn that rascal on and relax. Thanks.

I enjoy the Tenga Flip-Zero. It’s a masturbation sleeve with built in vibrators. Basically you put some lube in it, slide inside, turn on the vibration, and slide it up and down your cock.
I struggle with delayed orgasm sometimes and this thing gets me off quicker, that is for sure. It’s not cheap but worth it to me.
There is a completely automated, very expensive device that does the stroking for you; the Venus 2000. But it’s about $1000. But if you have the money, I’ve heard it’s amazing.

Well worth the investment.

I have the Viberect 2. It doesn't work as well as I would like, but occasionally it helps me ejaculate.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't spend a bunch of money on a device.
Like you, at week 10 I had little sensation. I could barely feel anything, either when jerking off or during sex. But it returned soon enough. By four and a half months after my surgery, I was back to nearly full sensation.
If I were you, I would be patient and save my cash for romancing my wife.

Yeah...that is my mantra...patience, patience, patience!
For the longest time, I could not wear underwear (briefs). For the past 2 years, I have been going commando or wearing something that was crotchless.
Just this past week, I was able to wear my regular briefs all day! Which surprised the fuck out of me because when I would wear briefs prior, anywhere from a couple seconds to a minute, tops, I would go bonkers because the pressure that the underwear put on holding my dick down was enough to make things uncomfortable.
I have bought baby socks that was good for about 3 months (thank Waynetho), the crotchless underwear, and the extra jockstraps that had a hole in them that I could stick my dick through, have all served their purposes.
I lost my implant virginity 7 months (yes, you read that right) after surgery! Masturbation was not an issue for me, but doing the deed with another person was. Had to constantly remind myself to wait....

Well, I have read the comments. Talked to the wife. She liked “Time to wait s “ advise about me saving money to romance her. I think I might just try to be patient. I suppose the “what if it doesn’t get better “ thoughts keep popping into my head. Everyone, including my surgeon says it will return to about normal eventually. Thanks guys for responding . Will post later on about when sensation returns for other nervous guys like myself. Some other issues I was having have cleared up. About a week ago the discomfort I was having, feeling like I had to pee all the time , cleared up. That problem went away at about week 8 or 9. My pump was very hard to pump up. It has gotten lots easier. Inflating is a breeze now. Got easy around week 6 or 7. Penis is still kind of feeling like it is slightly inflated when it is supposed to be deflated. I have learned to live with that. Kind of like being a bit more on a shower. Thanks again guys.

Same problem. I can't orgasm from penetrative sex or masturbating using just my hand. It takes so long I think my arm is going to fall off, and still no O. Tenga makes a great line of manual masturbators that feel phenomenal, and get me off every time, sometimes almost too quickly. They are inexpensive, easy to use and won't take so long as to exhaust you. Give them a look see, I have two of the Premium Series, one of which cost $15 and works incredibly well. They have an online store.

Yes first it does take time to return to normal sensations, nerves are the slowest thing to regenerate.
In the mean time look at eBay or Amazon for male masturbators. There are millions. My advice is find one that has a variety of speeds, vibrations and will rotate or thrust. I use one now that has 3 speeds and 10 various rotations/thrusts making for a large combination of sensations. It gets me off every time.
